The manager is a very angry person. We have been to the sandwich shop many times. The sandwiches are expensive but excellent. Yesterday, I went in for lunch and the young cashier ordered the wrong sandwich. I asked to heat the sandwich up and the manager came out from the back, approached me with an angry snarl on her face This lady needs to have "happy" somewhere. It's obvious she isn't happy at work.
Came in and ordered to go. Three orders placed after mine were served first because they were dining in and not take out. Had to wait over 25 minutes for one sandwich.
Love the service here! The food is great and I feel this place is one of the best places to eat in Tullahoma
Eat here at least once a week and the food is great. Mary, Kelly & staff are great and have earned my loyalty as a customer!
Terrible service on a day when we needed a quick hot lunch. I called to order and the recording said to order online. I placed my order online and my husband ran in to pick it up. After he waited for 40 mins they said they didn’t have our order. I can understand being short staffed but that is ridiculous. Someone should have taken time to make sure our order was in the queue . I won’t be back. What a waist of time and money. I’ll go to the New McAlester’s over them any day!
Love this place! When I come in they call me by name and most of them know me by name. It’s the small things that make you feel welcome and valued. The manager of this store is the best at customer service compared to many other stores. She’s great!
Overpriced, cashier wouldn't accept free 6inch sub coupon after purchasing two 12and 9inch subs at full menu price.

It’s a refreshing change to have lunch in such a clean and well staffed place. And the staff is efficient and friendly. Added bonus..food is fantastic
Cashier was very rude with an attitude. An had the drink machine turned off. Had to ask for my drink. Just very rude Cashier. An the cook ask use to hurry up an get done we about to close. ?? SO WE WON'T BE BACK.

Great food but, more importantly, fantastic customer service!
Features: I was disappointed, I requested a Italian sub with oil,salt,pepper and oregano. The individual added vinegar to our sub.Need to listen to what is being ask for.
