I had stopped coming to Ruby Tuesday’s for quite sometime due to the poor service, but finally decided to give it another shot. I had it take out a few weeks ago and it was FANTASTIC. Came tonight to dine in, and it was absolutely awful. The service was awful and my food was so cold. Our server was never around. No refills. Worst service I’ve had in a long time. I wanted to give it another fair shot but I hate that I did.

The salad bar was good and the waitress was nice. That’s about the end of the positives.
The last 2 times I have gone, they only had limited waitresses (our waitress was also the bartender). She was run ragged trying to cover everyone at once. The food was cold when it came out and everything was over salted. (And I like salt!)
If you go, I recommend getting the salad bar and sipping your drink SLOWLY.

Words can not even begin to express the amazing service we had this evening! It was my daughter, Arianna’s 18th birthday so we went in for a cookie skillet (amazing btw) and our waitress was SO friendly, so kind AND served us her dessert fresh and as a gift from staff to my child! It was both Haley and Sierra that really made my daughter’s entire birthday! Thank you BOTH for reminding myself and my daughter why we love dining out in our town! We love your restaurant and can’t wait to go back!!!
