Ja'Ron was our waiter and he was so amazing !! He never let out drinks run to low . Very polite, Went above and beyond to service us . Was very helpful and even showed us how to sign up for their reward program to save money because we do come to this RT quite a bit . Honestly he has been the best server we have had ANYWHERE in a very long time . We will most definitely be back and then back again !! Thank you Ja'Ron and RT for such a good experience!!

Sat in the bar area🎯 2 people seated there. Only 2 or 3 tables in restaurant with customers. Had to go and ask for a menu. Service lacking‼️ Finally got to order😠 I ordered the coconut shrimp app with a side and salad bar‼️ THIS WAS NOT A RUBY TUESDAY SALAD BAR🎯💯 They had multiple items that were in different cross and bowls due to being out if several items normally on the bar, they had NO onion on the bar or even in the restaurant 😠 They had NO croutons, stated they were making some, I said great I don't mind waiting for fresh ones‼️♥️ Come to find out after about 20 minutes they were out of them as well😡 They had brought my shrimp and my tea🎯 I stated they could make me a check for the shrimp and the tea and CANCEL the rest of my order🎯 I will drive to Crossville in the future if I want Ruby Tuesday😡🎯 One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any restaurant, I will not return here🎯💯

This was the first time in years we went to Ruby Tuesday. We had a great lunch. Food & drinks was great. Our server Ja'Ron was super friendly and attentive. Prices was very good. We definitely will be visiting more often.
If I could leave less than one star I would. My parents were in the restaurant for 1-hour without even being offered a drink. I get that it's busy and you're busy with everyone else, but two elderly people being looked over because your understaffed running a special made them feel like crap. Don't worry about them coming back. No loss for you, though, because you wouldn't take their order anyway.

It’s rare these days to find someone who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of, but Samantha did just that. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our meal so much more enjoyable.
If you're dining at Ruby Tuesday in Tullahoma, ask for Samantha — you won't be disappointed!

The day we came the young lady was training someone. We ordered 2 salad bars and an appetizer to share. There was some miscommunication and they forgot to bring our order out. The young lady noticed and made sure we were taken care of. We had a really good laugh. We will be coming back!!
