Dined there several times over the years. Dined again yesterday and it was fantastic. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff that helped us were ever more amazing with great advice and kind friendliness! We will stop in anytime we are nearby! Thanks guys and gals!

I would suggest NO ONE go to Spinellis Pizza in Tullahoma or eat anything from there.My son and I were just there He paid 83.00 for 2 pizzas 2 drinks and an appetizer. They were not busy and had only had two tables whom were already eating when we arrived.We ordered to go then After waiting 45mins while the girl who later says she was the manger and a young man were playing putting flour on each other and watching tik tok videos I went up and ask how much longer it would be the girl said it takes 18mins to cook a pizza Well we had been there 45 I ask if I could speak to the manger she said she was the manger I said ok Can you tell me why it's taking so long and why no one is wearing a hair net or gloves?(Which I didn't notice til I had walked back up to the counter) She at that point gets aggressive and starts going off abt a recent health inspection.In the mean time and older man who was dripping in sweat gets our pizza out she pushes herself in front of him throwing lettuce on one of the pizzas(Taco Pizza) again NO GLOVES.As we are leaving she with her dirty self kept yelling as were walking out the door.So we ending up putting 83.00 in the trash that we couldn't afford she wouldn't give us the money back and we sure weren't eating the pizza.I wish them well on future health inspection cause if they go into there today they will fail.And if the lady was the manger the owners need to rethink her position.

The pizza was just ok. Way too much oregano sprinkled on top and was a little burnt. Even the manager noticed it was burnt and offered to give me another piece. I took the other piece home and it was not bad as the first but still just ok. The music was VERY loud and not very listener friendly. It was some hard metal rock that just did give off a good vibe and not something I want blared into my ears while I’m trying to enjoy pizza with my toddler. But the manager was very nice about replacing my pizza and the other guy working was very helpful and nice. He even agreed the music was too loud and had it turned down. It just overall was not a good experience which was disappointing because I have always wanted to try this place. I would rate the food one star and the service 5 starts. And the music is definitely a one star.

This used to be a decent for the area pizza shop. But now it's disgusting; sticky tables, dirty floors and baseboards, greasy floppy slices, mediocre customer service. Employees and owner put no effort into this restaurant, save your time and money.
My husband I have been loyal supporters of Spinellis, even when in the Boro, but we drove 45 mins to this location tonight and it was CLOSED, when it clearly showed open on Google and their website. Not even a note on the door. Ugh!

The lady that served us was awesome very informative and pleasant even tho we came in close to closing time tonight she’s awesome and I’ll be back as long as I know she’s there
This place used to be so much better service wise. I tried to call in for take-out and the phone goes straight to voicemail. So, I drive in to order thinking they may not know their phone isn’t working. I tell them that their phone is broken. The girl looks me dead in the face as 4 more of her fellow employees meander about in the back and she says “oh we’re short staffed so we turned it off”. I’ve never seen more than like 3 employees back there at a time but ok, sure. Annoyed that I‘ll have to sit and wait for the pizza now since I couldn’t just call it in and wait at home I think, oh I’ll just have a beer while I wait. I look over and the cooler is empty. So, even more annoyed now I go sit to patiently wait and type this review. I shit you not, as I type this I hear the phone ring and watch as an employee takes an order over the phone…

Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
The decor of the walls is aesthetically pleasing.
However, the quality of the food was subpar and the prices were excessively high for the value received.
The state of the bathroom was functional but not particularly impressive, although it should be noted that the establishment is housed in an older building.
The service was satisfactory, considering the establishment was short-staffed.

Tonight’s experience at Spinelli’s was, to put it mildly, a major letdown. It started with a long wait—after placing our order, we received only part of our meal and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the rest to arrive. I had ordered a small meat lovers pizza, only to be shocked when it arrived with an unwelcome “topping”: a strand of hair. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she offered a quick apology but immediately returned to her work without any further acknowledgment of the issue. After feeling sick and heading to the restroom, I came back to notice they had briefly started wearing hairnets. Unfortunately, this attempt at food safety lasted only a few minutes before they removed them and continued handling orders without hairnets or gloves. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Spinelli’s to anyone.
