I have to a little girl who is on the spectrum and several employees at this location go out of their way to speak to her and are so kind.
One young lady named lynn even talks to my daughter while we wait for our food.

Please read this review carefully! I say this because you will find your experience in this place literally life changing! I have spend a part of each afternoon drinking coffee most everyday the past year. Sure as is well known Starbucks serves tasty quality products; but the beauty and enjoyment of this particular Starbucks goes well beyond that! One is treated here as someone special! You are greeted with smiles, warmth, and worthiness! They quickly learn your first name, and the multiple hellos and goodbyes creates faces with smiles and raised spirits! It literally seems like one is in heaven surrounded by angels! The person who hires these people are doing an incredible job! The resulting atmosphere is happy and friendly! There is an old song called “What this World Needs Now is Love Sweet Love”, Starbucks in Tullahoma is doing its part in making a more loving world! Thank you Starbucks! Wow, what a difference you are making in the lives of others! I am sure God is smiling!!

I love this Starbucks. The staff is always so kind and the food is always fresh. There is typically a good wait but you don't really go to Starbucks for fast coffee. The only annoying thing is getting out of the parking lot lol.

Well one you've changed the menu I normally get your egg bites but unfortunately I can't have pork I'm allergic literally it's sad I know but and two you kind of rude the customer is always right they're the ones that bring you money and give business , and personally I don't appreciate somebody looking for a fight out of me when I am just trying to give an order and get my order and go how do I appreciate somebody looking for a fight over a drink and have the same the need to very much so correct me when really and truly it don't matter at a certain point and quite Frank I go every weekend mainly on Friday to the one in Manchester but I'm just saying please and thank you

Honestly I don’t remember his name, but the short brown/black hair boy was the nicest employee I had conversed with. Everyone else was so super rude and stuck up I don’t get these kids attitudes.
