Usually have good service but tonight on January 8, 2026. Was the worst sandwich I had ever from this particular subway. My sub was toasted when I didn't want it to be toasted. The bread was to chewy. The meat was rubbery. Just absolutely not satisfied tonight. Wasn't worth the money that's for sure.

I’ve gone into this place a couple times and the woman never listens. I told her 5 separate times not to toast the sandwich with the veggies. I said variations of that statement and “please toast the sandwich before you add the veggies.” She didn’t listen and toasted everything despite me telling her she was wrong. No I shouldn’t have still gotten the sandwich but I really wanted it and that’s on me. I will not be back though. Her attitude sucks and deliberately not listening to specific instructions is ridiculous. She got all the toppings right so I know she was at least hearing me correctly.

Service was prompt and cordial, but the man preparing our sandwiches shorted us on the meat. When I asked about it I was ignored.Atmosphere was okay: typical Subway. The place was clean and smelled fresh.

Pravin was the best. He was super professional and very friendly. I would return for his service anytime.
I order from here weekly, and they usually get everything right with the sandwiches. The place is clean and the staff friendly. I usually ask to have the cut my sandwiches into several sections, but that request is usually ignored ? . I order through the app and it always gives the option to tip there but I wait to pickup my items first to check quality because who wants to tip someone for outstanding service if they can't follow directions.

Worst customer service I've experienced. The man and woman acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order. I had 2 separate orders, one foe my parents and one for myself. They didn't use the normal portion sizes of meat and cheese. Subs were quite skimpy. She refused to take a perfectly valid coupon on the second order even though it was 2 separate transactions and the coupon did not say 1 per person. I wasn't going to argue over $4. Yet, she kept saying no take coupon, only 1...no take coupon while pointing her finger at me. I will not be returning to the Subway on Jackson Street.
