Dis a DoorDash order for a crave box and 2 Mexican pizzas. They literally cut my Mexican pizza like A PIZZA and sent no utensils or napkins. My craving box was supposed to be 4 soft tacos and 4 burritos. I got 2 burritos…….but if I come back up tonight with my receipt………I door dashed for a reason. Only reason they got any stars is because I love Taco Bell and I’m not from here in ton 👎🏻

I ordered through door dash for pickup and sent my friend to pick it up after she got off of work. When she got there she went through the drive through to pick it up and the argued back and forth with her saying they never got the order telling me to just cancel it, but I couldn't get a refund at that point because for dash said they had already made it, so she picked me up and took me back to resolve the issue and there my order sat on their shelf in plain view, now cold because their workers didn't even bother looking. The food is fine but we had to reheat it. Over all very rude staff

Make sure to check your order before leaving. They like to mess up your order and the manager gets mad if u ask for it to be fixed

Needs a new management here. Can’t expect a skeleton crew to handle the tons of people that visit nightly.

I love taco bell. When i went today it was raining. When i pulled up to the window i see the sign please shut off wipers. Cool no problem everyone should when going through a drive through. The problem i had with the sign is the added comment that was put on there. I dont like to get sprayed. That statement was unneeded and in my opinion unprofessional. A simple please turn off wipers does the trick.

Not bad, not great, pretty much exactly as expected. Reasonable food at low prices. This location was clean and the people helpful.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is achievable with a little effort on modifications.

Put in an online order, and the workers said that their systems were down. Seemed like they didn’t want to make the order just cause it was late and weren’t helpful with getting a refund. Also very nice to drive past the window and see a bunch of fully functioning computers.

The current batch of night employees are either lazy or very bad at their job. If you order through the drive thru or door dash, expect your order to be wrong, items to be missing or you may get someone else’s order.
Drive thru lines after 8pm are ridiculous. I know the managers sometimes only have 1-2 people in the kitchen in the evenings and the young man and woman know who they are.
Get off your phones and get your orders right. If it says no tomatoes on the order, don’t put in the freaking tomatoes. If the order includes Cinnabon Delights, put them in the freaking bag. It’s not that hard.

As curriers we are always in a hurry to get hot, delicious food to our customers. If we ever have to wait it is for a short time, lost often food is ready when we get there. Occasionally we must get the drinks if they are busy. That always makes sure the drinks ordered are ready or the cups. They are quick to acknowledge us. The customer service is always great, especially 'Pamela'. She hustles when she sees a Currier and always as a smile or a great story to tell while we wait. The only issues we've had is with the rootbeer. The foam can sometimes make the cup seem full when it's not (not their fault). Just check before you leave. The restrooms, the condiment/soda areas and the lobby are always clean and organized. As a customer, the food is always hot and well prepared (as a supreme taco orderer). Great place as a Currier and customer.

I try to find something good in all places I have been, and the employees get that nod here. This TacoBelll has nice people working there, but the quality and quantity are severely lacking.
The food amounts are small and expensive for what you get. Do not be fooled by the commercials. The food in the commercials is made to show plenty of food for a low price. It's just not the truth in real life.
The "To Go" order ended up costing me more money than actually taking my sons to a sit-down, hot, home style dinner.
Just like all restaurant chains, you will have the good and, unfortunately, the bad. Like I said, the employees were friendly, but everything else was below what most would consider even remotely good.
