We ordered beef burrito supremes it tasted like a Bean burrito hardly any cheese, lettuce, or sour cream. The drink machine game is extremely watered down dr pepper. Was not worth the money. Will not be back to Taco Bell anymore. Everything was so much better 10yrs ago.and was affordable. Not anymore

Always forget to add what I tell them to add always give me wrong items or missing items. Charge me for items that I don’t get that I never asked for and then do not apologize. They are very rude. It’ll be OK if it was once or twice, but this is going on over 10 times.

Taco Bell in Punta Cana Airport: A Unique Experience This Taco Bell has a limited menu, but the service is quick, which is great for travelers in a hurry. The sour cream was surprisingly thick, and I was taken back to see they served margaritas. It's a surreal mix of fast food and tropical bar. It gets the job done if you're craving a familiar taste, but don't expect the full Taco Bell experience.

I quit going here for over a year and tried it 1 more time to see if they improved, NOT!!! I received the nacho bellgrande cold & the chips were soggy. The service was slowwwww. Never again will I go here.

The drive thru is extremely slow, just had to wait over 20 minutes for 4 cars and they still got the order wrong. Slowest place in all of Tullahoma to serve the food.

All Taco bells are getting horrible this one especially the one in Manchester will wait on you this one will never wait on you a gentleman was sitting in front of me and told them hey I need to place my order before you take another drive-through order take orders up front The lady which is a manager smarted off to him said well we have to take orders to drive through too this gentleman been sitting there 10 minutes at no people in drive-thru has not been sitting there 10 minutes. I do know you have kios but not everybody wants to order on kiosk and kios is saving people's jobs. After he took the gentleman's order what did he do walk back over drive through three other people standing in line there was four people walked out of there because they would not take orders they are three people in drive-through and a manager there with a headset on could anybody go up the counter and take people's orders. Bad management very bad management and very sorry customer service this is why I do not go to Taco Bell except the one in Manchester Don't get me wrong I'll Taco bells have completely left the front line unattended so if you walk into a Taco Bell they do not care about you no more. And before you say we are hiring I would work for you I would show you how to run your store if you like me to I would not work for losing people I will show you how to run your store

The food was amazing. Everything in the order was complete. Except for when I got to the drive through the lady at the window seemed extremely unhappy and then I could hear her screaming and yelling at somebody through her window that was closed and through my car door when window that was closed but other. Than that everything was amazing

When I ordered, I ordered on the Taco Bell app and chose in store pick up. When I got there I had two of the same order given to me that I had apparently ordered and was charged for. I then explained to the manager I only meant to order one and was charged for TWO OF THE SAME ORDER I DID NOT WANT or intend to order in anyway. He then shrugged his shoulders and said since “ you ordered on the app” so he could not do anything about it and all I could do is call the 1-800 Taco Bell Number and complain and hope they “might” be able to help. So, I wound up going home with two orders of the same thing that I did not need and will go to waste that I spent over $40 on and did not intend and or want too. In short, I DO NOT recommend you going to Taco Bell in anyway because they don’t care about the Customer enough to even try to resolve a simple issue. Regardless of in what way you choose to order your food. I NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO TACO BELL unless you want to be ripped off, and experience TERRIBLE SERVICE. Because if there is a simple issue, they will not as much as lift a finger to help RESOLVE the customers Issue in anyway!! I also would NOT RECOMMEND to order on the app! You would think they would at least try to have some solution, and better way of doing it with this. But apparently they don’t even care enough to try and make one. They do NOT care enough to help fix their scam, therefore I wouldn’t NOT care enough to go here.

It's packed real sloppy, and food is folded over. Asked for a soft taco replacement and still gave me a crunchy one. The last time I was there, they didn't give me a crunchy or soft one like I asked. So you know it's on purpose. Apperently, their drink machine was down too, and the environment looking through their drive-through window looked real messy they had some spoon and stuff sitting on their drink machine. Service gets 2 stars also because they keep ignoring the fact I want a soft taco instead of a crunchy taco. Its always that without fail, they never do it.
