We sat for 20 minutes so far and not a single table was ready for us to be seated. Dishes on them. Waitress and cooks and manager have looked at us several times knowing we are waiting to be seated so we can eat. We are very regular customers here and to have this happen is very disheartening.

The server lady was nice but the cook was rude. I politely asked him if I could add a steak to my order and he said ya and just stared at me standing there and I said again could I get a steak please and he got an attitude with me before saying what kind I want because I didn’t know what kind they had

Hailey was our server and she was amazing!! The black lady that cooked our food did a great job on the food. However, she has the worst personality towards everyone that walks through the door and to the servers. It began when I walked through the doors. I smiled/acknowledged her and she never spoke or smiled back. She looked as though she hated her job and that customers were just a nuisance. After she finished cooking our food, she sat down to play on her phone. When more customers came in, she sat there on her phone while Hailey had to call the order to her there. She looked mad to have to work, then stood up and shoved her chair in loud. Right in front of the customers that had just placed their order. Another employee that was off duty came in to ask a different younger sever if she would like to let her have the weekend shift. While they were discussing it, the cook turned around (in front of a pretty much packed house at that moment) and talked down to the younger server and making a scene when it already sounded like the two employees had already worked the shift situation out. You could tell that both employees were caught off guard and embarrassed by the cooks actions. The cook then called the younger server out about not assisting the customer that just sat down at the counter and was waiting patiently. She did this loud enough everyone could hear. This cook definitely needs retrained on what is acceptable behavior in front of the public and how to be a better team player/teacher to those working with her. I hate to leave a negative review because Hailey was such an awesome server and the only one to speak when coming through the door. However, no one should have to work with that amount of disrespect. Especially in front of customers!! Cook… do better!!

I ordered online basically 2 meals. I arrived 15 min later nothing is cooking I thought ok I'm slow. Not the case , my order hasn't been done. I ended up correcting the order with the cook as he went because it was called so slow and wrong. Then some of the food sat and got cold before the rest was done. To believed I tipped before on app too. And to top it all off the waitress was like oooh the thing didn't ring it's supposed to ring when we get an order then proceed to say she just trying to get thru her shift. And I just spent 42.00 on cold steak was well done was supposed to be medium rare. Too many to mention watch video please managers

Always a safe bet to stop and eat at the WH. Service is great and cooks are good at their job. Ordered the sausage bowl with grits with over easy egg and smothered onions. Tray and filling. Price can't be beat.
