The food is fantastic and the employee (owner maybe) is incredibly nice! I got the spicy combo plate. The meat was super tender and flavorful. The rice was perfectly cooked. The food was made fresh after my order and I really appreciate that. My only complaint is that the pita isn't fresh so the store bought chewiness takes away from the freshness of the rest of the food. I understand that pita may not be feasible to make in the good truck though.

Had a lovely lunch today at WAWAs food truck! Met his adorable young son, and the food was delicious! They have picnic tables with umbrellas for shade. In a peaceful section of town…at the corner of south Anderson and Warren. (302 S Anderson)

I had falafel plate, and my spouse had Spicy Gyro and chicken!

Loved it! Loved the owner too!

I’ve been here two times and I am sold on keeping this place in my rotation. Tonight we showed up after “close”- he had accidentally left the light on. We tried to leave, but he insisted on cooking for us. The grill was clean, it was a long day for him- yet he was so kind and made the most beautiful huge plates of food with love. I could not recommend a better lunch/dinner spot!
