You can't even speak to them like children for them to get your order right or correct them at the window. Grown adults too, not high school or college kids.

The people in the drive through don't seem to like their job that much. The teenagers are rude to customers

Put an online order in they didn’t even start it gave them 30 minutes didn’t get my potato said they were out of chili asked to replace the chili but where is my potato? Terrible service.

On February 18th @11:00pm I Ordered a Dave’s Double, Medium Fry tried to get a frosty but the machine was down, a biggie bag they were out of bacon for my double bacon sandwich .., fries for biggie bag were cold as ice 🧊 then they forgot the medium fry asked for them to be fresh they tasted like they put them back in the grease for a few seconds and heated them up
That was made and handed out by night shifts manager …. I called and complained
(Never ate the food and still have it!
The night shift female manager was nice and kept saying have a blessed day
So I was granted a remake order for the next day February 19th around 1pm the man manager on day shift refused to remake one item claiming night shift didn’t write it down even though I had my receipt so I called and told him he said just come back and I’ll give it to you cause I already explained I couldn’t remake it there is nothing I can do and he hung up in my face … by that time my husband was already going to be late for work so I never got my burger from the biggie bag …. I’m definitely calling corporate ! I tried to get the man’s name but he refused not sure if he is even a manager or not but my husband said he was wearing a blue shirt

I used the Wendy's app (which in itself is a badly designed app) to order ahead. I arrived at the restaurant, which had a long line of patrons waiting to order food or waiting for their food order.
I waited until the staff took care of the people in front of me, then explained that I was there for my app order. I failed to check in when I first pulled into the parking lot, so that's on me, but checking in inside should be no different than checking in outside in my vehicle.
15 minutes later, I received my food order. Burgers were okay but could have been much better. Food quality made it hard to believe everything was made fresh daily.
Fries were half and half. Half full-length fries. Half broken up small bits of hard old fries. The food was not even warm by the time I made the 5-minute drive back to work.
The employees at Wendy's were doing the best they could and stayed polite as they looked to be short-handed. I would understand the long waiting times had the food been hot and all of it edible.
This is far from a "fast food" restaurant.

I’m not the one to complain but here I go , I’ve had one experience here last year, gave it another shot and yet again another disappointment. The burger was cold and old , it’s about 30 below zero in the building, the carpet looks like it’s never been cleaned, the tables were dirty , to say the least I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Time to renovate the Wendy’s in tullahoma, it’s awful.

Just not a fan of wedys
Went thru drive through and once we left we realized our order was wrong. Also found a hard peice of plastic in the food.

The cashier was friendly. It was super cool in the lobby, not heat & the space heaters were no good. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. The food was cold like it wasn't under a heat lamp or it was outside. Yes, I ate the hamburger. The last time I ate was this morning breakfast. Skipped lunch, so just imagine. From eating 3 times a day to 2. Life be like that sometimes. Then u expect a good hot meal, too. A deportment meal. That was a waste of money. So now I have to warm up the rest of my food to finish eating. I will not return back to this place again. 1* to the cashier. Everything 0*. If u r reading this yr loved

We only had the Dave's burgers and both of us have come down ill almost immediately after eating. Please don't eat here, the outside of the building looks how it tastes.

Don’t door dash from here. They won’t send the full order and they will blame the dasher or the system. There’s a very rude girl that doesn’t know how to speak to customers, doesn’t know the art of de-escalation. Does not take responsibility for her actions or her mouth. I told them they got my order wrong and she told me it wasn’t her fault and she wasn’t going to give me shit. Horrible customer service. I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s and I suggest yall don’t either.
Got a cheeseburger. 1st one I ever got that was horrible! Burger was dried out and missing one fourth of it.

They were absolutely rude when I asked about the salted caramel frosty because it wasn’t in my order when I got it. My food was cold when it was served and I really don’t appreciate that I would expect it to be warm when I get it but nope it wasn’t I’m very upset and I will not be going back anymore
