Went for lunch since my usual place is closed on Mondays. Next time I'll just wait. The bbq has coleslaw on it and that's not advertised anywhere, so I couldn't eat half of my sandwich. The sauce is very obviously not homemade. The baked beans are also obviously canned. The pork was good, though the portions for the price was small I felt. Overall I wouldn't suggest unless you just really want bbq. Service was great and quick.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this location. First of all, they hardly ever answer the phone. Secondly, the bbq baked potatoes are barely cooked, very crunchy and not edible. Whitts has gone seriously downhill. Was going to call to tell them this but they didn’t answer so I’ll voice my complaint here.

This place has always been good. But this time it just wasn’t. The bbq was watery, the portions were TINY and the slaw was old. It used to be so much better. What happened? I won’t be back, sadly.

Was very disappointed. We bought $375 worth of takeout food plus a $40 tip today July 3, 2024. I asked the manager twice about barbecue sauce to make sure that we had plenty and not in little packages. he assured me that the sauce was there, and of course two hours later and 30 miles from the restaurant we found out that he did not pack any barbecue sauce for ant of our order which was substantial. Very disappointed.

Wouldnt feed this to the dog.I Dont recommend.

Pulled pork sandwich has very little pulled pork. More pickles and slaw than pork. Slaw was horrible and really tough. Orange Crush soda was just soda water. Person I was paying, behind the counter, said it was &24.03 “ or something like that”(she said)
Asked for recipe. Didn’t bring me one. We were the only two in the place.
I also bought bbq chips. It, unfortunately, was the best part of the meal. Would NOT recommend!

We stopped in for lunch and we were the only customers. I had 1/2 rack of ribs with baked beans and slaw, corn bread. These were not good ribs. Fatty, not much seasoning, and definitely not worth the money I paid. The slaw was simply made with vinegar and some sugar mixture poured over cabbage. No spices added to that. The baked beans tasted like Van Camps canned beans. I like Van Camps but not at a BBQ restaurant. The corn bread was very dry!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. One more item, my buddy got a pork sandwich with an orange soda. According to him, it was one of the worst sandwich he ever tried. He threw half of it away. The orange drink tasted like soda water. No or very little orange syrup mixed in.

Well came in for a potato at 215pm on a Monday and guesswhat! No potatoes ready! U guys opened at 1030 and it's how many hours later and no potatoes..... Jeez swing and a miss for me!!! If ure gonna have a food chain, atleast have what's on the menu when we come in don't say it's going to be an hour for a potato when u opened at 1030am and it's 215pm

They let just ANYONE come in here & work. Desperation at its finest. Heather is definitely NOT the right fit for working here.

Love love love this place have to have my barbecue sandwich almost everyday before work there so caring and family oriented on the inside they all work as a great team with quick service and I mean quick buy the time you get done paying and handed your receipt your food is coming right behind it and it never fails to impress me will be a long time supporter for this place
