wow mediocre at its best. no tea then ordered a water and coke for wife and kid both came with no ice. premium price couldn't careless service.
Waited for food to cook only to get the food and see we got the wrong food. parked and went in and got a refund. where the worker told me inside the ice machine was broken so they know its broke and dont tell customers that are ordering at drive thru hoping they will just take a hot drink and be happy they got to pay full price for half service.

My grilled Cobb salad came and the chicken was raw on the inside, there was no boiled eggs or bacon. We had to go get a new salad.

Came here tonight and was disgusted. The fries were barely cooked. I mean look at the seasoning threw on there. My daughter got maybe 5 fries with her meal so I gave her one of my chicken strips. They gave us a single sauce for 4 meals. And when asked for more sauce, they told us they were in the boxes when they most definitely weren’t. The lady threw our food on the counter. When we walked up to even order, the kid at the front looked at me and said alright. No “what can I get you” nothing, just “alright” not impressed and won’t be back.

great food but way overpriced a 20 piece should not be 27,99 and then you have to pay 35 cents a piece for ranch kinda ridiculous
Ok, I'll have to give them a bit of credit I did show up with the entire boys high school soccer team! 15 minutes to close at 10. Took our orders and money then said we had to take it to go. We mostly ate there anyway since it took them so long. I don't put much weight in a store full of teenagers telling me to leave while the store is open just so they can go home and play video games. Do your job.

The chicken fillet on my sandwich was the size of a chicken strip. Paid for the sandwich meal and got a bun with 3 pickles and a chicken strip.

Never give correct amount of food. I usually order the five finger plate and this is the third time that I’ve tried tullahoma zaxbys and they always give me four, and every time I have been the chicken and fries are soggy and unseasoned. Very disappointed with establishment ever since they got new owners.

Got my food wrong had to come back and when they went to fix it they made me wait for hour and half then to try to make it right the manager said here is a thing of ranch to make it worth your wait
