Would not go anytime soon ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and got no seasoning on the fries, chicken barely cut, and it's just a piece of bacon.. nothing chopped. I asked for extra seasoning and sauce got nothing and 0 utensils or napkins.. guess everyone took the day off making my food

Picked up an online order, no napkins, no sauce after I paid for extra, no straw for my drink, no silverware. I watched the person setting out the orders spill my drink and just set it back up because she assume whoever's food it was wasn't standing right in front of her. This is completely unacceptable customer service and I will not be coming back.

Went there to pick up an extra side of fries for a friend yesterday after they told me to bring a receipt and they will give me what was missing.The manager decided to argue with me about something I knew wasn’t right. Yes I went to being profane because she kept arguing with me. I didn’t come in with any complaints or bad attitude.I was accused of trying to get free food was what the problem was and I was buying my own chicken.You don’t need a manager that will argue about messed up/ unfulfilled orders.
They forgot whole meals from my order and told me there’s nothing they could do…

My family and I used to love eating at Zaxbys. The last few times it was not good. I ordered a boneless wings and things tonight. The chicken was hard to chew and cold. The fries did not taste any better. My daughter only ate a couple of bites and threw it away. Please go back to when you guys cared about the food you put out. I hope you take this as constructive criticism.
