Applebee's Grill + Bar

It was not terribly busy. The hostess was great. We sat waiting for 15 minutes. Multiple servers passed our table. Not a person stopped. My kids started asking why no one was stopping. We finally left. The hostess apologized. It's really disappointing. We like Applebee's. We eat on our trip "to town", Murray and Union City.

We went in and got seated. The hostess got our drinks. We got water and waited for our waiter but they never came. It was hot and muggy in the restaurant. There were probably about 6 people in there. There were people walking by us 3 or 4 times that worked there. So after a while of nobody saying a word to us except the host that seats everybody. We just said forget it and walked out. I gave a two star only because I'm giving them benefit of doubt that they were having a bad day.

We sat there waiting for someone to wait on us. We ordered water to drink. We never saw our server to place our order. 15 mins of waiting... We couldn't wait any longer, so we left.
The place wasn't clean either. Disappointed!!

Mrs Taylor Mexico and Mrs Debbie are absolutely amazing services they are very respectful and take care of their people I loved them both as servers

Place a order online that was ready at 5:40..it was wrong so I brought it back..I was there for almost a hour and 30min..yes highly upset but finally talk to manager which was nice.. didn't get his name but he finally got me fixed up..they were very under staff so I know and can tell they were highly frustrated I'm sure at that time I didn't make it any better so I do apologize..

I haven't been here in a very long time because of bad food and service but since they are under new management it has completely turned around food was good and our server Cody was excellent he was friendly and attentive had a very good experience

Went through the night literally brought me a raw steak to eat

Ordered the Four cheese Mac and cheese and chicken strips- Mac n cheese was all little broken pieces no whole noodles, bland and cold, my coworker got a steak and the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, steak wasn’t cooked right, Mac was broken little noodles with a few whole noodles , cold and tasteless and the mashed potatoes were steaming on the outside and cold in the center. Sent everything back to the kitchen and the waitress took $10 off the bill…..gee thanks….wont be back

Went after church had a 20 minute wait when there was only one other table in the hole restaurant. A older guy said he had been waiting 15 minutes and it was just him. The place was falling apart there was ceiling tiles missing and light hanging down that looked like it could fall at anytime. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the place there was no soap. The service was horrible she only came by 2-3 times. Had a guy looked to be higher than a kite bring out our order. Then behind us was a half a cup of beer in it unattended that a kid could go up and drink it. The pasta I got was half cooked another person got the ribs and they didn't taste good plus it said boneless but it had bones in them another person got chicken and some how they managed to mess that up the food was not good at all we shouldn't have had to pay for it was that bad neither of us ate it ate it we paid and left.

Walked in after Sunday morning church. Not much business inside so I thought we would get in pretty quick. I was wrong. They were short staffed which was alright but they could have seated us at least. After about 20 minutes we finally got seated. Drinks came out pretty quick the food order took about 40 minutes. Business still was slow. We got the food which didn't look good and didn't taste good either.The guy that brought out food looked as if he was on something. I would have rather eaten at McDonald's and that place is terrible. Barely got a refill which I had to ask for. I could hear the ruckus of other customers whose orders came out wrong. Looking around there was a haze of smoke out in the seating area I felt like I was at a KISS concert without the excitement. There were ceiling tiles missing and the flood lights were hanging with exposed wires. The bathroom was nasty and smelled of fecal matter, toilet paper was bombarding the floor. No soap and the faucet didn't work and that's just the ladies room. The men's room had two mixed matched faucets the floor was greasy and the paper towel dispenser's battery was dead so no towels. There was a pitcher of beer on the table behind us I can only assume belonged to a worker. This place made me feel like a prisoner looking for an escape which is what I did I asked for the check which was overpriced for what it was and what we experienced. I could have had a better dining experience in a dumpster. I was hoping to steer a couple of misguided souls away from this place on my escape but no one was arriving I wonder why? JK not really. I would stay away from here I felt like I needed a second helping of Jesus after this dining experience. Enter at your own risk.

Had the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. Too much noodles and not enough Alfredo. Extremely dry. Not pleasing at all. No alcohol served, wth

Was not the best experience. The wait staff were all sitting at a table off and on discussing personal stuff. Plates are never cleared from the table when you finish. Staff will literally walk by empty handed when it would take them a second to clear a plate or refill beverages.
When asked for more water the waiter told me they were dropping that (table behind us) bill then going to get it. The waiter was borderline hostile. Never smiled, had no personality, and obviously did not like their job. There were at least 4 wait staff working and tables were left dirty.
I have to agree with the other reviews the bathrooms are not clean.

Food was cold, broccoli chicken Alfredo tasted and looked like noodles in water…3 of my family members got that meal and maybe took 3 bites each. The server was great but the food was awful.

I usually avoid this place because service was bad. Today our server was Cody and he did a great job!
