First of all with only eight or so customers in the store, it took 15 minutes to get seated. The bartender was busy, one waitress was busy cleaning tables, and the other was standing around talking. We ordered beer which Tristan went to put in. When she came back with water and tea she took our food order. She then brought my beer but not my husbands. Our food came out before his salad or his beer. My fries where cold and tasted old. We brought them home for the dog. When she brought our check he asked for a box. She picked up the money after fifteen minutes but still did not bring his box. He had to ask again. What we then heard was I am sorry, I had to fill out a survey for a ciworker. This was over all a terrible experience.

Not enough staff on duty Sunday 4/7/24. Should've been closed to the public. Was told by a manager the 2 single patrons seated already had been there waiting 15 minutes. Could not take any groups of 5. I'd worry about sanitary conditions.

We called ahead to let them know we would have a party of 14 to make sure they would be ready for us. Upon arriving the hostess rudely said we don't make reservations, the restaurant was empty anyway!!! The main problem was the smell!!!The entire restaurant smelled like raw sewage!! One of our party checked the bathroom and announced that the smell was definitely coming from there. Others from our party said they had been there two months ago and it had smelled the same. So not a new problem. Applebee's should do better than that!! Not what we expected!! We took our party of 14 to another restaurant. Lost revenue for your location.

We were a party of 6 they told us to wait. Another party of 3 got there they did get seated and they started their order meanwhile we waited 10 minutes and no acknowledgement. This is while the restaurant has 4 tables occupied it’s pretty much empty. I asked the waiter what was the hold up she said she was new and could not wait on a big party but if you ask me Im sure the training she got was to serve one small party or big party you’re using the same menu nothing is changing. Then you’re asking why restaurants close this is why bad service from both managers,owners and servers.I did talked to the owner Dennis he said I did not gave him the opportunity to make it right. Well I never got a apology or a let me sit you guys down and we take care of you guys and provide the service we should have given you.

Our waitress was a sweetheart. Our food was not the best, it was lunch time and they were slow so I expected better especially at Applebee's but anyway our waitress made up for it!!! I'll be back next time I come

We tried to eat here last Sunday and it was not good. We sat for 30 minutes without our waters. They had 1 waitress and her and the cook were both struggling. The manager was there but was not helping either 1 of them. We ended up having to leave after it had been 45 minutes and we still hadn't got our appetizers.

Restraint was dirty and food was served cold and it was very understaffed. We were sat in a booth near the back of the building and all you could smell was sewage. The server was nice but I could tell she was embarrassed to work there. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. I feel like they owe me $80

We walked in at 1pm, a woman sat us down. It took over 30mins for the waitress to show up even though she was walking around. I got a water and my boyfriend got sweet tea. I have floating particles in my water, cup is definitely not clean. Took another 20mins for the waffle fries appetizer. Food was mediocre. Spent over an hour for that. We won't be back. This restaurant has went down hill.

Got seated, waitress finally came by and ask if we were ready to order, “no, we’ve never even gotten a menu yet” got menus, finally got to order ….been waiting on food for 45 minutes at this point…..been in here a total of an hour……………….still no food, makes me nervous how food is going to be when or if it gets here. I’m very close to walking out….Reading my review and I tapped 40-50$ it won’t post…trust me, meals for two was way more than 10-20$ Just wanted to add to this review several months later…Tried them again with friend about a month ago. When we walked in the front corridor there was an odd odor…opened the inside door and I don’t know what that stinch was, but it was disgusting and honestly indescribable. So very bad, my friend and I turned around and left. I will never go in that place again.

Smell in the restaurant was horrible but the bathroom is literally the worst smell I have ever smelled urine all over the floor and walls. The steak came cold to the touch and the ribs came charcoal burnt. Waitress did fine but you could hear in her voice that she was embarrassed to work here.

There was a manager racially profiling a young man at a table around the bar. The manager's name was Dennis. Seeing as the young man was a paying customer, I don't understand how a manager could conduct himself as he did and for everyone to see this in the restaurant.
