I’m upset. It may seem small to y’all but most places when you buy additional of the same item you get a deal. Your cookies are .79 or two for 1.69. That is an additional .11 when you buy two. I have specifically been ordering two single cookies but the store is charging the higher rate. It just makes me upset and leaves a bad taste that you are basically stealing. .11 every time I go in. I’m about fed up. You want to lose customers over this?

I will start with saying I have worked in food service for almost 14 years and take A LOT of pride in my work and the work of my staff. I can understand that sometimes things happen, sometimes you run out of things, and sometimes you’re just beat. I am very reasonable and understanding but this Burger asking just ain’t it and I would urge anyone to avoid it.
The ONLY positive in our experience at this location was the lady who took our order (younger shorter lady) was extremely polite! Again the only positive.

On to the negatives. Now hear me out I’m just as painfully aware as the rest of the world that all places cost more to eat at than they use to and unfortunately it’s just part of it. Our bill was $71.03 for the 5 of us which would had be absolutely fine IF it was even close to worth it. We got 2 dozen mozzarella fries to share most of which the cheese was completely exploded out of and majority of the rest were squished or broken in half. I only saw TWO of the staff dealing with the food wearing gloves (yes I saw three staff members touching ready to eat food without gloves). We all enjoy Burger King; however, the burgers were terrible and the fries were cold. They were out of onion rings and out of ketchup but they had no issue charging for other dipping sauces for the fries. When some of our food was missing and we were asking for other dipping sauce options for the fries the lady we spoke to (bigger woman, white, 25-35ish) was not polite in the least.
Fast forward to getting ready to leave my son and nephew needed to use the restroom (I had already used the women’s restroom and it was a mess) and they come back telling us there was throw up on the floor. So my husband goes to use the restroom and see if there actually is vomit so he can let the staff know if it is only to come back and tell us it isn’t vomit it’s corrosion all over an electrical box that has also gone all over the floor, there was water dripping onto the electrical box AND one of the wires to it had been cut and poorly taped - see the attached photos.
Needless to say it was a horrible experience and the company and staff should be ashamed.

Two years later updating my review to say that they havent fixed anything here at all and its somehow worse. Ill include my old review in brackets. They took twenty minutes to get a jr chicken and a jr cheeseburger to my mom, and let her sit there waiting without telling her it was finally done. She asked for a knife and they kinda just scoffed and walked away. They didn’t come back. She leaves and we realize the food is completely wrong. The only thing she asked is the burger not have mustard. It was slathered. And for some reason the chicken had ketchup. If the staff was worth trying to explain the issue to, we would have. I understand theres not a single person in here bright enough to complete a simple task. Wont be coming back. Its been two years and they couldnt do any better. Horrendous service. Food was cold.

[staff not very polite… not rude but just kind of stare at you instead of saying you’re welcome or just anything friendly. Girl training the other girl didn’t seem very friendly to her, either. I watched their times, it took me 10 minutes to get a jr chicken. I also watched one of the employees drop my bag and fix the fries back in their container with their un-gloved hand, no kidding. However, the chicken came out fresh out of the fryer and tasted really good.]
I revoke my statement about the hot chicken. My mom said it barely counts as food.

This Burger King is down right awful. The employees move SLOW even when nothing is going on. they won't answer you at the drive thru so we just take off and not order anything, and if there is a line in the drive thru you can expect to take 15-20 minutes to get through each car, which again we take off and don't order anything. They don't care down there and its obvious. We've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but its just too much. It wasn't always like this, but something has gone downhill and it shows.

I eat breakfast almost every morning here because you cannot beat a two for five mix and match and I absolutely adore the morning crew! Those ladies are the best and they definitely deserve a raise!
