I was one of the first customers when it opened and have been coming here ever since. Thanks Kevin and Stacie for opening this busniess because it's my 6 o'clock pick me up.

We always go through the drive-thru to get our coffees and I have got an apple pie spiced cider coffee that's hot and oh my God is it good y'all have got to try it if you have not already it's delicious

They usually ask for my order 3 times and they tryna compete with CVS on those paper receipts, but they get my order right and they're friendly. 😂

Their coffee is just sugar and milk. barely any coffee flavor at all. also the girl at the window was rude

Was excited to try this coffee shop as i’m new to the area— glad i wasn’t in a hurry is my first point i’m going to make. All i ordered was a ham panini. After about 15 minutes of waiting I went back up to the counter to check on it. The girls proceeded to go into the back and talk for a minute or two. My guess is they didn’t even start it until I just came and said something. Another came out and said “it’s gonna be about 20 minutes” i then said another 20 minutes? as i had already basically waited that. All she responded with was “yeah” not a yeah i’m so sorry about that. As someone who works in the retail world and interacts with people on the daily i guess this isn’t how i would have handled the situation. Wasn’t looking to get anything for free- but maybe just a sorry we have a new person things got messed up. they just didn’t seem to care about the fact that i waited 40 minutes for 1 sandwich and that was it. If the employees would have handled the situation I wouldn’t have really cared all that much. Overall leaving very annoyed & with a sandwich that has barely melted cheese on it.

There were three employees and only one customer besides us and they were only getting a drink for the other. Only one helped but all moved like sloths. They just stared at me like they didn't know what was going on. Very weird situation, couldn't wait to get out of there. The bright spot was that the chocolate cheesecake, was rich and lovely 😍

Just stopped and got a white chocolate mocha frappe. Subpar at best. But my real issue is the fact they have COLD BREW ICED TEA on their menu and don’t know what it is or how to make it and if you ask about it they will tell you it’s not on the menu, they argued with us about it for about 5 minutes. Pic posted. They’re ignorant. Do NOT get the COLD BREW ICED TEA. Chances are they do not make it correctly and just give you hot tea over ice.

Very rude customer service at this place this morning. They made my order very sloppy: the frappe was drinched in syrup, whip cream, and cold water. This place is nasty. Ordered a medium coffee and it was half full. The staff all of them had a nasty attitude, upon ordering and picking the drinks up. No friendly staff or service!! Bad bad service👎🏽👎🏽

Was standing in front of the counter talking to a friend of mine when an employee asked me if I would like to order and I said I’m waiting for an online order and this Asian employee (didn’t catch his name) yells over they’ll be over there on that shelf when it’s ready.. I walked out and left, I’m not going to be yelled at and disrespected by anyone much less a different employee than the one that was already helping me

The staff was unfriendly, unbothered and unattentive. We stood there until I asked them if they worked there since they were not helping customers...will not be returning.
