I ordered a custom pizza and cheesebread. The cheesebread was great, but the underside of the pizza was raw. I called and asked for a refund and I was told store policy requires that they have the product back in hand. I live 30 minutes away.. Yeah. $30 for a raw underside pizza.Edited to add that they didn't even cut my pizza! They knew it was raw!

Looks like toppings where just thrown on the pizza with portioning them out evenly. Ordered extra cheese on the pepperoni, sausage and beef but there isn’t any. People where nice but when u order online u pick it up yourself out of the portal. Ham and cheese was sticking to inside of the box where the 3 boxes where stuffed in there.

Let’s start by saying that customer service is NOT what it used to be. These lil young immature females that work behind the counter, the female with the HOT PINK Braids is very rude and disrespectful. No regard for the food, as she pulling pizza out of the oven her braids are all over the food. When I asked her to put on a hair she comes up to the counter and begins to curse
