Mediocre mexican food. Salsa had no spice. Their refried beans were more lard than beans. Their fish tacos had decent fish but their corn shells fell apart.

The food here is delicious! If you haven’t tried the fajita baked potato you should!! I get the steak and shrimp. The salsa is a little tomato that’s a little acidic without spice. Service is wounded!

Great service and food! We were seated super fast and got our food within 30 minutes. Food was very good. Good portions and prices too! Very clean. And bathrooms are very clean as well.

If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. I called to place an order for pick up. I didn’t know what time they closed. I just called and told the woman on the phone I Need to place an order for pickup. She took my order and told me it would be done in 15 minutes. That was at 8:24pm. I have the screenshot of the time I called as well. My husband drove alll the way from obion to pick up this food just to be told by a bunch of laughing employees outside that they close at 8:30pm. So me and my children all waiting for our special dinner tonight didn’t get it and wasted $$$ on gas to drive there for no reason all because she couldn’t TELL ME “we’re about to close mama” it’s that simple. And she SPOKE perfect English.

The old los portales wasn't ran like this one is. I love the food, the friendliness, and acceptance as soon as I walk thru the door! Beautiful and awesome place to eat!
