placed a order online in the app on Tues after 5:00 but was charged full price. Called Sonic and was told they have no control over app and could not give me the 50% off for the burgers. Bad business, false advertisement .
Food at first was hot,fresh just good. Now it's cold not fresh just terrible need so much improvement. I just want hot fresh food that I paid for. Please guys do better food is to expensive not to enjoy it

Do better !!! Food was cold, order was not way I asked for it no condiments with the order service crappy server was cranky not friendly at all! .....workers need to listen more to what customer ask for bc it could be a problem people are allergic to certain items an yet they did not listen an still put it on my food !!! This could cause serious issues for some people.
