I’m here now at 2:33 and the employee got my food wrong 3 times and then laughed in my face then I asked for a manager and they wouldn’t get one. Customer service is awful. I’ll never eat here again. In Union City Tennessee

When I ordered 2 number 11 meals, I asked for it to be large and both of them with tots. I wanted to get floats for the drink but I was told that I couldn't make the drinks floats on the meal. I asked if I can just pay for everything separately but I ended up with a medium fry and a medium tot.

placed a order online in the app on Tues after 5:00 but was charged full price. Called Sonic and was told they have no control over app and could not give me the 50% off for the burgers. Bad business, false advertisement .

Do better !!! Food was cold, order was not way I asked for it no condiments with the order service crappy server was cranky not friendly at all! .....workers need to listen more to what customer ask for bc it could be a problem people are allergic to certain items an yet they did not listen an still put it on my food !!! This could cause serious issues for some people.
