The staff are great but the owner does not allow subway coupons its the only subway in Union City so it has a monopoly on the brand

Would not honor a paper coupon. Guy taking our order was speaking way to low and muffled. The price of a 12in. Black Forrest Ham with cheese and a Subway Club 12in was 22 dollars with a Veterans and a senior citizen discount. With the coupon it would have only been about 14. The manager was very nice but the young boy needs to speak louder and clearer. We were there on Saturday January 25 about 3:30. Union City, TN

I went to buy a sub and they charged me more than the other subways. They barely put any meat on my sub and when I went to go back into the subway to get a refund & tell why the woman got very rude and smart saying “NO, I’M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU A REFUND” She also tried to say that the sub had the right about of meat on it but she was not the one who made my sub it was a different woman. IF I COULD PUT ZERO I WOULD!!!

Hadn’t been to subway in years, decided to stop into this one. I was intrigued by all the new menu options, so i needed a moment to read the menu. The sandwich maker Nicole asked me three times if i was ready to order. I told her the three of us needed a moment to read the menu. My daughter made her sandwich selection and placed her order while myself and companion continued to look over the menu. Nicole insisted that the three of us order all at once. I told her that i was not ready but the other two in my party were ready. She told me it was easier for her to do it all at once. I asked her if she was in a hurry since we were the only three customers in there. She got very snide with me and said she was not in a hurry but her way was easier for her. I told her that her way was inconvenient for me and i didn't want to be rushed. She got loud and started talking over me, asking my daughter “what do you want on your sandwich then”. Being rushed and given attitude while trying to make my selections changed my mind about eating there. I am very disappointed because there was several new menu items that i wanted to try.

When doordashing food, the employees have repeatedly made the sandwhich using the wrong kind of bread. because its paid for on doordash, I can't get a full refund or a different sandwhich. The employees should pay more attention to the specific ingredients on each sandwhich.

Ordered two subs on the app, picked them up drove home opened them realized they were wrong, drove all the way back showed the girl it was wrong and my receipt she takes the subs slams on the counter behind her and then walks away and I’m left standing don’t know if she’s coming back or what

My experience today is causing me to edit my review. The guy who first served us acted as if he could care less, not only that but had an attitude on top of it all. I mean nothing but attitude. If I go back and see him. I will turn right back around and leave. That was totally unnecessary.
