Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Been only twice on my travels through here. Same girl . She's been amazing every time,:). Food always wonderful as well! Can't remember her name but shout out to her 😉. I'm sure I'll see you again !

i placed an online mobile order at 8:14pm, i arrived at the restaurant around 8:30pm, waited in the curbside lane for over an hour. i received my food at 9:30, for it to be ice cold, they close at 10 so the doors were locked and i couldn’t ask for a refund. very frustrating

Worst Zaxbys…. Called corporate because two days in a row we had issues (on top of previous issues)
Corporate was great….the franchise owner not so much… made excuses nothing was their fault “business has been so good that what they order just isn't enough”
Them not being able to take credit cards i get that was a company wide issue but you being out of product is not a “oops were doing so well issue” its a poor planning and not ordering properly - if you have to borrow from another store you should have known that WELL before you ran out. Plus half the time i get food here its the wrong order or not edible….i love their food when its good but at this point with their attitude im not risking again.
Not even apologetic - well their business is “so good” then they wont miss mine - ill go to Martin or when Dyersburg opens ill go there.

At the new location of Dyersburg, TN today August 2, 2025 the grand opening came with free food! EVERYONE was racing to get theirs. These employees held their positions, they were caring, thoughtful, respectful, & didn’t once fall back. We only waited a total of 26 minutes for free food! That was fantastic for my family, I’m so happy they did this. Great Service & Great People working! Thanks ladies & gentleman.

I want the four piece chicken wing dinner. I received five little nuggets. It was two people behind the counter and heard my order, and I still got nuggets.

I will Never eat here again. I went to the restroom and a manager of a exiting a stall and didn't even look at the sink. She walked straight out. How nasty

Possibly worst zaxbys I've had. The cashier was rude. No total was given to me nor did it show up on the card reader. Salad came out immediately with burnt egg roll and covered in dressing. Not cold. Store was dirty. 01/17 24 @ 1230.

The staff was nice this time but there aretimes if certain team members are working you will not get good service! Although this night they weren't very busy at all and it did take a while to get our food. But we love going to union city just to eat at Zaxby's !

Food was ok. It was dirty inside. It was a highschool hangout with employee's and there friends. Instead of hanging out with their friends maybe they could clean the place so they wouldn't be so nasty

We had 11 people arrive around 8:30. The gentleman who took my order was extremely kind and welcoming. They packed up our food so nicely. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted good. The service was the greatest thing about our visit, however. Every employee we encountered was friendly and engaging. They engaged us upon entering and exiting the restaurant. They offered extra plates for everyone. They seemed to be genuinely glad to help us. I would highly recommend this Zaxby's.
