Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went through drive through, waited in line for 30 minutes and my order was wrong. Finally got it and the wings were extremely dry. Will never stop at this location again.

They are working on the drive thru process and it will get better. The milkshakes are AWESOME! Chicken strips were good and the fries were good also.

Ordered to go, slaw I asked for was left out. I guess if it's not supposed to be on the plate, screw it. It's happened more than once.

Horrible no one knows what they are doing always get my order wrong . The food is over cooked the wait time for food is ridiculous it should be fresh they can’t read receipts never give my the amount of drinks I ordered and they are rude. Hired people that wants to be there that wants to work Terrible experiences

We arrived at 9pm on Friday night. As we pulled into the lot they turned the lights all off. When we pulled to the drive through they said we could go ahead and order, but there weren’t any lights on outside anywhere. Once they turned all of the outside lights back on, after we had to ask ,we were able to order. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich with fries. We told them we didn’t want any of the sauce on it… it was FLOODED with the nasty buffalo sauce that comes on it. The fries were soggy and lacking flavor. And the longest thing we waited on was the peach tea, NO CLUE WHY! Needless to say this visit was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Pulled up to wait on our order. 5 vehicle came through the drive through behind us and got there order instead of filling ours and COMPLETING OURS!!! They completed their STUPID!!! THEN WE GOT OUR ORDER AND AS I WAS PULLING OUT TO THE STREET OUR ORDER WASN'T EVEN COMLETED!!! SO THEN I HAS TO WAIT FOR THEM TO MAKE MY ORDER THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 23 FREAKIN MINUTES AGO!!!!!

Been only twice on my travels through here. Same girl . She's been amazing every time,:). Food always wonderful as well! Can't remember her name but shout out to her 😉. I'm sure I'll see you again !
