The staff was nice this time but there aretimes if certain team members are working you will not get good service! Although this night they weren't very busy at all and it did take a while to get our food. But we love going to union city just to eat at Zaxby's !
We had 11 people arrive around 8:30. The gentleman who took my order was extremely kind and welcoming. They packed up our food so nicely. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted good. The service was the greatest thing about our visit, however. Every employee we encountered was friendly and engaging. They engaged us upon entering and exiting the restaurant. They offered extra plates for everyone. They seemed to be genuinely glad to help us. I would highly recommend this Zaxby's.
I ordered my food and drink on the app so my food would be ready when I got to the restaurant and it was. I was asked to pull up to space 1. I sat there for a long time, I finally had to walk in to get my order. The manager apologized and worked on refunding me. In the end she put me in the book for my whole order. Thank you Mia for fixing the problem.
