Roscoe, who fought 110 amateur boxing matches over 12 years under the moniker, "Rattlesnake", achieving a 97-13 record, has channeled his competitive nature into donuts that put all others down for the count. He may now be more of a "Garden Snake" than a Rattlesnake, as he jokes, but the donuts he and LaWanda painstakingly craft fresh in the middle of the night - the shop opens at 5 am! - pack a perfectly balanced, sugary punch. These folks aren't "doing it for the 'gram": they are too busy working hard for all that nonsense.
