We discovered Foghouse Foodhouse while out exploring the Caney Fork River area. We had no clue and hadn’t checked reviews. We sort of expected a meat and three, but was pleasantly surprised when reviewing the menu which was full of thoughtfully creative dishes including some Cajun dishes. This place is awesome! Great food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely return!

Great food. I can't say enough about the sensations my palate has experienced. Eaten there twice this week. Brought friends with us the second time we went and they, too, said their food was the best they'd had. The dessert was also so delicious. No need to season your food. Not too salty just Pure Perfection, which doesn't aptly describe it. Come get lost and find your delectable delight do its dance on your tongue as you savor the flavor of pure perfection for yourself.

Wait was longer than expected, but the food and servers were worth the wait.
Foglight is set in a beautiful location and is a very unique place. Our group of 5 loved the catfish, trout and steak. The Billy Bread was delicious, I was expecting a strong taste from the goat cheese but it was perfectly smooth. The crab cakes were perfect too. Our waiter and his trainee were excellent. When we came out right after dark they had a fire going and they've got a nice pavilion to hang out in. Everyone found something they liked, even my 9 year old daughter and 88 year old grandma. We'll definitely be coming back when we're around.

The servings were plentiful. The crawfish bisque was yummy. Sweetie enjoyed the catfish nuggets, birria cheesesteak(tasted like Manwich) was a knife & fork sandwich.
The decor and music were awesome. I'll eat there again, when I'm at the park. Some other menu items were attractive.

We make it a point to dine here every time we camp at Rock Island, and it never disappoints. The restaurant’s tucked-away location above the river offers beautiful views, especially if you choose to sit outside. The atmosphere is cozy, eclectic, and welcoming, creating the perfect backdrop for a great meal.
The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. We had the Blackened Chicken Crawfish Alfredo and the Stuffed Cod—both were absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend trying them!
Pro tip: Be sure to arrive early to avoid the wait. This place is popular for a reason!
The mussels and chorizo... Words can not describe how absolutely incredible this meal was. It was packed full of flavor and spice!!! Not to mention, i was shocked to find 30 mussels in my dish. It's definitely a must try item.
