I Ordered 2 corn dogs and tater tots with cheese. The corn dogs had burnt spots on them and some kind of crumbs all over them. The tots were brown and greasy. Tasted like I had drank from a Wesson bottle. This was something I wouldn’t feed to my dog! Went back through the drive thru and told them it wasn’t fit to eat. The guy at the window never said a word just looked like a deer in headlights, lol and then turns to another worker I’m assuming she’s the manager. She says I can fix you more and I said no just a refund would be good. Never once did she apologize. The owner of this restaurant needs to take pride in customer service and food quality especially as much as they charge! Come on it’s not that freaking hard!!!!

Our order was taken quickly. There were only two cars ahead of us. The server was delivering food to one of the cars in front of us and then one behind us. We only ordered 2 basic items. We ended up driving off because we never got our order.

Whoever took our order could not hear anything I said no matter how loud or clear I talked. Couldn’t even spell words out for her. I asked if I could get a chicken bacon queso wrap in a meal or combo 4 times, she finally understood after I had to break it down for her. Then rings me up for 2 wraps when I only asked for 1. I asked for a strawberry lemon water and got a water with lemon only. RIDICULOUS! I’ve worked in fast food, if she has that much trouble hearing orders then put her in the back making food. Oh and the grease needs to be changed for your fries. They’re dark and you can taste that the oil hasn’t been changed.

Went threw the drive thru. Service was friendly courteous and accurate. I have to ask how a local fast food restaurant runs out of pickles though. Could have just went to store and got more. Also last time they were also out of orange squishy balls that have been on local special. I would like to see more accurate stocking.

Ordered a large chili cheese tot to go and half the tots had been dropped in the grease so many times to reheat til they were dried up and the color of a copper penny and darker and chili and cheese was so cold it didn’t melt the cheese at all

I well never be back again this sonic is not even busy still have not got my food almost takes 25 minutes absolutely ridiculous. And was supposed to put 5 chicken tenders in bag didn’t do that I can see if it’s extremely busy but 25 minutes is not right and also giving other people there food before me not right you are supposed to do orders in order.
