My boyfriend, his dad, and I wanted subway for dinner so we put in a mobile order. When we arrive to get our order the girl at the speaker was very fast in response, we pulled to the window and the girl with purple hair looks at us and rolls her eyes. When handed our drink by a different girl the drinks were wrong, the other girl comes back to the window shoves our food into my boyfriends hands he replies “thank you” and she slams the window in his face, to then find out they forgot our chips. I don’t write reviews but if you’re gonna hire somebody especially teenagers as myself make sure they have their attitude in check. If you go to subway don’t let the short purple haired girl serve you!

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone coming over the mic or saying anything to me while nobody was in line ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous that they couldn’t be bothered to answer the drive thru

This is the worst subway location that we've been to and have lived in 6 states. (Military family thats finally moved back home to TN..) Weve given it 4 chances now and every time its something different. But I'll tell you what IS consistent here- The bread that's been sitting out for days!! Definitely not freshly baked bread! Its hard and stale, to the point it flakes off when you touch it.. The skimpy amounts of meat here is also awful, my sub was justba little over halfway filled with a good 4 inches of just bread with zero meat or veggies on it. Not sure why they think thats ok and still charge $14/sub.. And I don't understand whats so hard about making food the way ppl order it, its really not even a complicated order. Ive been ordering the same exact chicken sub for 30+ years! And its written right in front of you in black and white what to put on it... seriously dont get it..

I have always loved subway sandwiches. I order the same thing (ham & cheese) every time I come in. Every time I have a new employee, make my sandwich, they put one single slice of ham on it. The Wartburg branch is not the only place it has happened. Please train your employees before you throw them out there to make a sandwich. I'm not one to cause a scene by telling employees how to make a sandwich, so the next time it happens, I will simply walk out and they can throw it in the trash.

I already love subway soooo much. But this subway specifically brings me so much joy. I just love the ladies that work there because they are so sweet and they bring light to the restaurant and it doesn't feel forced like some places. Lol they never fail to have me like 😩 ❤️ when I eat my sandwich. Fantastic. And the veggies ALWAYS look fresh, no squishy liquidy grossness.

Very clean and the employees are friendly. I would not recommend using drive thru because you will not get waited on. Go inside is faster or order ahead.

The little girl who waited on us was very nice and cordial. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The facility was very clean and well kept. The food was great. The only issue was they had a see-thru sign over the vegetable portion of line. However, you could not see thru it. Also, their selection of vegetables was very small. Otherwise, great experience!

I have always loved the food and the staff are usually very friendly... most of them. Yesterday was no exception. My only problem with Subway and other fast food establishments lately, is this trend toward modifying their electronic payment systems to prompt a tip request at checkout. Typically one leaves a tip to wait staff and service providers but these days you see it everywhere. Why can't you, Subway, pay your employees without expecting your customers to chip in and supplement those incomes? Your price increases should have covered them as well. If you are going to ask me to leave a 15% to 20% tip or better every time I walk in the door, your service should be exceptional and you are just not going to find that in a fast food joint.
