Order wasn’t correct, food was not toasted or even warm for a hot sandwich. Prep time for a to go order was poor for a slow night. Get it in person and watch them do it or don’t bother.

I've been to this location multiple times, as I live in Watertown. Today is literally the 4th time they are "out of meatballs". In the past it was somewhat understandable, as it was within an hr-hr and a half of closing time. Even then if it's in the menu, it should be available. Laziness and/or want of less waste at the end of the day isn't an excuse. Today however, it's literally 1 o'clock in the afternoon and guess what...?? No meatballs yet again. It's a pretty simple formula, if you are indeed "running out of meatballs" and it's a trend, which it clearly seems to be, then here is a novel idea...ORDER MORE!!!!!!!! If it's simply the fact that the employees don't want to make it, then take it off the menu or re-hire a staff that will do the functions outlined in the job description. Fix your restaurant! This was my absolute last disappointing trip to this location. I'll stop in Lebanon on the way home from now on. Oddly enough they never have a shortage of anything...amazing! I guess that goes to show the aptitude/care of the staff and management.
