I got a whopper last week. And the meat was raw. I called them when I found the raw meat. And she said I can come back the next day to get a refund. When I did she asked if I had the receipt and I said they didn't give me one. But she put my name in the book. She said if not her problem with an attitude. And I said I'm calling corporate. I will never go back to burger King in waverly ever again......
Tonya at Burger King in Waverly was rude AF to Madison (I went in to get her name cause it pissed me off how rude she was to him but nice to everyone else). Don’t be in customer service if you can’t resist being a C- you next Tuesday to customers. 👍
let me start by saying, I love Burger King food. Burger King has always been at the top of my list for fast food. I was very happy when my small town got a BK about a year ago. I waited a couple weeks after the " New rush" had calmed down to try it out, and was sadly disappointed. The food was no where near the standard I was used to from other BKs.
