Tendency to wipe tables with cold greasy-like rag. Don't recipe with a dry rag. Cannot stand cold French fries. I'd rather wait for fresh hot than be given cold limp. Typical BK food. Filling but nothing to write home about!

Mobile order, not ready when I got there. Waited at first window 8 minutes after the employee said wait here I'll be right back. Pickup window they gave me the wrong persons order. Onion rings were cold and tasted like they were old and had been sitting around for awhile.

Great food clean and friendly helpful staff. Even though they were training a couple new guys they were very fast and efficient.
