Let me just start by saying I hope everyone enjoys BED BUGS!!!! Because that’s what you’re getting from the manager POLLEA!!! im sorry you wanna keep going low sweetheart spell jealous
My husband waited 5 minutes to place an order while workers just walked around looking at each other. He waved his hand to get someone’s attention and the girl told him “don’t do that”. He said I need someone to take my order I’ve been standing here 5 minutes. She said there were only 2 employees working. He counted 8. He was also the only one in line. A total of 3 people were eating in the entire place. Very rude and unprofessional workers.
Their always in the parking lot playing around. I just wanted a Tea, but there computers flashed & so they couldn't help anyone! I guess they never heard of writing things down or attempting to help??

McDonald's in Waverly offers a mixed dining experience with a touch of local charm. The restaurant is located right in the heart of town, making it convenient for those running errands or needing a quick meal. The service can be slow at times, especially when it gets busy, but many customers appreciate its familiarity and ease. The atmosphere is not ideal for hanging out, as some reviews mention occasional yelling and dry buns on the new chicken sandwich, which can affect the overall dining experience.
The friendly staff and speedy service can vary; sometimes orders are correct and served quickly, but other times customers need to pull up and wait for hot and fresh food. The manager Gabby is noted to be very helpful, especially with the kiosk. Vegetarian options are limited to a few salads, fruits, pies, bread without meat (if requested), oatmeal, and ice creams, but these are not clearly listed on the menu. Parking is small, typical of a small town, so walking a short distance might be necessary, especially when the restaurant is busy. The kid-friendliness has decreased, as there is no longer a play area. Overall, the food quality and customer service can vary across visits, but it remains a reliable stop for a quick meal.
