Went here for the first time since moving to the area and this place was great. The service was awesome and the food didn’t taste too bad either. I would recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch.
If you are ever on I-40 near Nashville, Tennessee I highly recommend a detour to the Rusty Rooster in Waverly. Service was outstanding and the food was just as good. Great little hometown restaurant.
It's a really small diner. Exactly what you'd expect from a small town diner. Great food, great service. They do not serve alcohol. No smoking. I had the southern fried steak, fries and a side salad. It was delicious. Would definitely eat here again!!!
