Filled it out again this time and haven't heard anything back. So don't believe their response... The operator doesn't care... Has been terrible and not getting better. Corporate doesn't care... Cause they allow it. Their social media team pretends to care.
Their slushes have been melted more than one trip. They let me order stuff they don't have and didn't refund the difference. I contacted corporate and they did nothing.

I went to sonic tonight in Waverly Tennessee! That was the most DISGUSTING CRAP IVE EVER SEEN! I wouldn’t even eat it! And if I didn’t live 12 miles away! 24 miles there and back I would have taken it back!!! I couldn’t even eat it! $25.00 dollars down the drain

I ordered a large sweet tea and I received unsweet and that was okay so I pressed the red button and ask for my sweet tea he brought out another tea and it was still unsweet I waited for around 8 minutes for two unsweet teas
