We ordered the Mexican pizza combo today and a chulupa. The tacos that are included with the combo and chulupa were good but the Mexican pizza tasted like it had been cooked in very old oil and tasted very nasty. This has happened a few different times lately when we have purchased food from there. Today we purchased at 11:00 am. I figured that the oil should be fresh since they had not been open long, but obviously it wasn't. I ended up only eating the tacos.

This specific taco bell had leaked photos of a dead rat in the wash basin sink where the mops and buckets are kept. The floors in the kitchen are almost non existent and flooded.

Ordered three Grilled Cheese Burritos. One steak, one chicken, one beef. There was nothing grilled or cheesed about them. Outrageous price for a regular mid burrito. The steak one wasn’t even flamin’ hot as ordered. They didn’t bother giving us a receipt either.

3 times this week I have walked put after standing in line for over 5 minutes with out having my order taken. No one spoke to me or even made eye contact. This has not been peak lunch or dinner hours just crap service.

We were VERY impressed when we visited yesterday evening. The young man that greeted us from the front counter was polite, and refreshingly silly, while still being professional. The service was quick and accurate, the food was fresh and tasted just perfect. My husband and I agreed that this was the best experience at a fast-food restaurant in recent memory-well done!

Went here for a late-night taco run and was blown away. My experience with night shift workers is commonly negative because of their attitude, but this one was totally different! Had an amazing cashier named DJ and he was super positive and just enjoyable to talk to! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

The food at this place was terrible! After being asked to pull over and wait, the nacho fries were stale and old. Customer service was terrible! The guy handling the food had on fake nails that were so long it had to be unsanitary. I do not recommend eating here!

This place needs a total overhaul!! Needs a completely new management team!! We have given it chance after chance. Absolutely horrible!! They are pulling everyone out of the drive through into parking spots to manipulate wait times!!
Only thing correct out of an extremely complicated order of 2 chicken soft taco supreme and 2 regular tacos supreme was the mountain dew. No hot sauce. Place was kind of dirty....maybe drive down street for gas station pizza next time

I ordered a 12 PC meal ask for no thighs i was told it would be 10 minutes end up being 20 minutes. Made it home had no wings and I had 5 thighs. I asked when they was taking my order did you get the no thighs he answered yes.
