the lady that was taking our orders named tiffany was very very rude to not only us but also the people that she was on the phone with the food is good but customer service was awful

Jessi deserves to have her job taken she does not have the attitude of a manager. She was rude and over talked me any chance she should get. They didn't make the rice correct and serviced it anyway. I confirmed this with Jessi. It tasted like store bought rice, that was not even fully cooked. When I explained this she said it was hard from sitting in there heater all day. And that it wasn't made correctly but they couldn't throw it out because of inventory. There was no sauce in my burrito, and she tried to tell me she made it and it was there. You can see the tiniest sauce. I have gotten this burrito before nothing was like it had been. Let's not forget Jessi blatant disregard to any type of respect or kindness. Hopefully speaking to the GM will do some good.

Half my food was missing from the drive through. Tiffany was unwarrantedly rude to every customer she came in contact with. She refused to communicate to me the customer about my order once my receipt disappeared. She didn’t take my criticism at her Lack of communication to me well. She just shrugged and told the next customer “I’ll get to your order when I get to you” The old heavy set male associate made a bold assumption about the amount of food I ordered when I asked for the missing items. He looked me right in the face and said “that bag is already full. Enough in there to kill a horse” before giving me an extra bag for the missing items. Poor work conditions for the workers. Bad etiquette and customer service. The entire team needs better training. The workers need a better management team that will ensure they have enough support, supplies, and a better workplace in general. It’s two fast food franchises in one location and the small crew is expected to keep up. There was only one food preparer on either side of Taco Bell and kfc. .They were all slipping on that awful slick and unsafe floor they’re forced to work on. No one seems to care at this location or even about this location and their workers. The gm seriously needs to be evaluated and trained with the entire team here.

Terrible walked in the door to 1 employees children doing cartwheels in front of the register, another (the front counter lady) sitting in a chair having a moment.. We stood there for about 5 minutes without being greeted or asked for our order. Was totally ignored so walked out. When an employee opened the warmer cabinet for the fried chicken (kfc/taco bell combo restaurant) the color of the chicken was not a color chicken should be.

Taco Bell in Waverly is a joke. They are the RUDEST. They got 4 items out of 5 wrong then was rude when we expected it to be fixed. They then got it wrong the 2nd time so I asked for my money back. Never got we are sorry or anything one girl said oh well. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Rudest experience of my life. My husband and I went through the drive through and were about to order when one of the workers yelled you’ve been in the drive through an entire minute. What do you want ??? We ended up driving off but I have never had someone who worked service be this rude. I will be complaining to a manager tomorrow.

The people had an attitude but the food is good when we pulled off we heard the guy say "Ohhh my gawddd" and it was very unnecessary.but we asked him about it and he said it was because of the speaker and how he couldn't hear us.
