What a delightful and charming ice cream shop in Waverly! I really wanted the gourmet milkshakes as they looked positively indulgent, but I opted for a dipped cone instead, which was not a bad consolation order in the slightest. The table next to me all had Ultimate Shakedowns or Banana Splits, and the presentation alone did not disappoint. I didn't try the savory menu items, but the Milkshakery also had paninis and lunch items. 10/10 will be back.

The paper plates and plastic cutlery were unacceptable. Not enough variety for ice cream, no real fruit toppings, no hot fudge. The ice cream and waffle were good, and the girl working the counter was nice.

The customer service was very nice and the lady working there was very efficient. The prices are very cheep for what they could be and the ice cream is very good quality. I’m so going back at some point soon :) Me and my friend went there today and all we could talk about was about good the ice cream was and how the vibe of the store was so warming and fun ❤️ 10/10 Going back soon

It was a nice experience their regular ice cream cones are huge! The chocolate lava cake looks so delicious and the kids cones are the perfect size.

The Cuban sammich was excellent. The shakes are out of this world good and the staff is just awesome. We had the strawberry and Loretta Lynn shakes. We ride our cycles all over west Tennessee sampling different restaurants. The milkshakery has taken over the #1 spot!
