That was the worst hamburger I have ever eaten . The patty seemed to be from the grease trap. It covered it black burnt bits, smelled like garbage and old grease. One bite and I was sick the rest of the day.It has been years since I have been to a McDonald's. I will not be back.All the psy-marketing must be effective. People are not buying for the quality .

Burgers/buns taste burnt. It doesn't matter if it's a quarter pounder or big Mac it always has a burnt bun taste. Little to no lettuce on big macs, cheese barely warm on quarter pounder. Not even enough gravy to partially cover biscuits.**Other McDonald's taste far better.*

Their service is terrible. Employees stay on their phones and ignore customers. Entire store smells like mold. Just terrible service all around.
Had an egg McMuffin and coffee. Had to add a little ice to the coffee because HOT! Both were very good.

This is about minors working there. I went to get my kids schedule and they refused to give it to me. Now as a minor I need to know the schedule so I can make plans and make sure they get to work. But what if my child quit and didn't tell me. This McDonald's will not let me know ?. That is a crazy policy in my opinion. This policy needs to change. If I have to give permission for them to work then I need to know when they don't work.

Door says open on Saturdays until 11. Get there at 10:30 and said they were closed. Saw people in there playing on phones and sitting around.

We arrived to the drive through in Waynesboro and double checked on the door along with the Google times. We got there 30 minutes before close and was told they were closed. I have a picture of three of them goofing off playing on their phones and just sitting/standing around. I believe they may be stealing company time which in turn steals company money when they are not working. This is a concern for me as a former shift leader. Please update hours or ensure that the hours are true to the door and Google.
