Pulled up in the drive thru, waited about 10/15 min before the person in front of me had their order taken, as soon as I pulled forward my oder was taken so I thought they were past whatever issue may be going on.
Pulled forward the person ahead of me was pulled past the window and waiting at least another 10/15 minutes later the window had never opened to take my card or give me my drinks.
Exasperated I left since thankfully I had not paid yet, thank God the app had messed up so I ordered in person. Will never return to this location.

This is one of the Hardee’s locations that is actually good. At the Westmoreland Hardee’s, the food is hot and the staff are friendly. That’s been my experience so far.
Would I ever consider going to a Hardee’s in any other town? No…because Hardee’s is usually terrible.

I've always loved Hardee's, I miss their thick burgers and I feel the famous stars are towards the bottom of the big chain signature burgers but with coupons they become affordable.

My worst ever Hardee’s experience!Wasn’t greeted by the kid that approached the counter to take my order, employees hanging out off the clock and being loud, too many employees on their cell phones… Not going back.

First, you go to Hardee's for the food, that part is true. However, after this visit I wish I would've kept it I. the drive thru and oblivious to the goings on on the inside.
Hayley was our counter person, and most of the reason for the bad review. Three times we had to tell her we were eating in. While enjoying our lunch, she let out a blood curdling scream for no apparent reason. Then apologized to the folks in the kitchen, nevermind the dining room, which had several tables full. Later, while standing at the food warmer, she sneezed into her hand and then grabbed sandwiches to put in a drive-thru bag. Least of all, she was wearing pants but yet had them pulled up above her knees.
Last but not least. My husband went to the counter for a fork and was ignored. The manager was standing right there and ignored him. Then a young lady went to the food warner for a sandwich and ignored him. Both walked away and left him ignored without a fork. At that point I had had enough and left. Money spent this time but I'll give it awhile before I go back.
This is one of the best, if not the best locations in the surrounding counties. It is like this because of the crew who cares about the customer, the food and the experience more than anything else. We have something special in Westmoreland with Hardees. Thank you to the crew and make that possible. Specially, to the morning crew that cheers me up every time I stop by.

The team at Hardee's was phenomenal. They were getting hit hard with dru thru, online orders, and walk in customers, like me. However they were still able to do an amazing job and my food was delicious. Those hard workers deserve a lot of credit

Breakfast is always perfect! I forgot to get my debit card from the lady in the drive thru before pulling off after getting breakfast. When I came back to get it hours later, the nice lady had it stashed in the safe and was glad to help me out. Thank you!!
