I genuinely love Hardees. I always have. I love their biscuits and gravy and everything like that. But this is the third time in a row that I’ve ordered from this place and they somehow they cannot seem to get my order right. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, and somehow they forgot the bacon, tomatoes, and pickles and the sauce. This time I ordered a Frisco Breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have bacon on it because I absolutely hate sausage. It messes with my stomach. But it has sausage on it. I spent $49 on Hardee’s. I expected what I ordered not this. It’s unacceptable and I normally do not complain, but this is the third time that it has happened and it’s ridiculous

Pulled up in the drive thru, waited about 10/15 min before the person in front of me had their order taken, as soon as I pulled forward my oder was taken so I thought they were past whatever issue may be going on.
Pulled forward the person ahead of me was pulled past the window and waiting at least another 10/15 minutes later the window had never opened to take my card or give me my drinks.
Exasperated I left since thankfully I had not paid yet, thank God the app had messed up so I ordered in person. Will never return to this location.

This is one of the Hardee’s locations that is actually good. At the Westmoreland Hardee’s, the food is hot and the staff are friendly. That’s been my experience so far.
Would I ever consider going to a Hardee’s in any other town? No…because Hardee’s is usually terrible.

I've always loved Hardee's, I miss their thick burgers and I feel the famous stars are towards the bottom of the big chain signature burgers but with coupons they become affordable.
