The manager and workers are rude I'm calling corporate as I type they didn't give me my food didn't get a refund and when I call about this the manager Chris yells at me and tells me I shouldn't be upset with the store no apology nothing but telling me I'm wrong are you joking!?!!! This is not only the worst sonic aside from the food always being disgusting this is the worst manager I have ever delt with in my life he was more disgusting than the food and rude employees. Look at the reviews on this place they speak for themselves do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I will be doing everything possible to make sure this situation does not happen to another customer believe that!

Moved up here 2 months ago and stupidly have given them 7 chances. Only 1 of those times has the order been correct, usually the wrong version of the item. The 1 time it was correct when I got home with it ,home being only 4 mins away the hamburger patty was so burnt and dryed that it had to set for hours cooked that it snapped in half like a crunchy cookie. That's not the bad stuff, 2 times I have witnessed 7 mice in total running from the building while waiting and they go around eating the garbage and dropped ( or thrown out bad food) sitting in the stalls. Whomever owns or runs it I'm sure dose not care, because half the overhead stall lights no longer work, for at least 2 months now. In fact bulbs are missing from them probably robbing them out to replace the working ones. Kinda shows the cost saving someone's doing, so can only imagine what they are doing with the food, i.e. the hours old burnt burger. Eat at your own risk ,never ask for the food to be remade cause im pretty sure the kids running the place are gonna mess with it.I'm done with them ,and I warn anyone with a ear around here about it. Oh the cheddar peppers I got tonight were still frozen in the center. Didn't know till I got home.

I’ve been to this Sonic several times. My food is always cold even if I have to wait awhile for it. I don’t know if it is a staffing issue, or lack of quality workers. I ended up giving my dog our burgers..

I just waited 50 minutes for a $13 mobile order. I watched as multiple people were served before me while I wasn’t even acknowledged. The entire reason I order online was so it would be quicker. They seemed severely under staffed. I won’t be going back here again.

Qorat sonic i have been to and I've been there a few times . I just waited over 15minutes for a hotdog when there was me and 1 other person "atfirst" atleast and got a cold chili dog. Save your money go accross street get some chicken strips from gas station theyre mostlikely fresher and you won't have to wait half hour for old crap

**UPDATE .. year later and they still SUCK ** Went to get a small oreo blast and medium reeses blast, literally took HALF AN HOUR!! Worst part, there was a max of 5 cars!!

I really wish I was not on here posting a review. Up to now we have learned not to go to sonic in Westmoreland after 3. Today I placed an online order, sent my husband to pick it up, he came home without the two drinks in our order. So I called a half a dozen times waited a few and called back a few more times, when someone finally answered, they asked me to tell him what stall he was in, when I couldn't tell her she said have him push the button so we know where they go. We'll no one was answering the speaker, so I called back in and got someone to tell where he was. The drinks look disgusting and we got about a half order of fries.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo, cheese sticks, carhop lady came out I specifically asked if marinara was in bag she stated yes, got home and NO FRIES with combo and NO MARINARA sauce in bag. I and done leaving &5.00 tips at drive Through these days, they deserve 14.00 an hour no way this push for $20

Terrible. Don't go here, fair warning. Called my order in well ahead of time to AVOID an hour and a half wait! I get there, ask for my order and the blaring speaker screams "...t out!" Waited 30 mins, hit the red button and asked again. Nothing. When the lady beside me (that had been there maybe 10 mins) car hop brought her order out, I asked the girl if SHE could locate my order. She went back in and never came back out. Hit the button for the 3rd time and asked and waited once more. As I was LEAVING, a girl headed my direction finally brought my order out at 7:17. On my receipt the order was placed at 6:02 and printed out/finished at 6:08. Stone cold. Wrong items. Never wasting another minute or dime here.
