This used to be the best Sonic in our area. Went there tonight for supper. Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and tots. Received 2 bacon cheese burgers and 1 cheese burger hold the onion that I didn't order. I was charged for this burger and that's fine. The order taker was having trouble hearing me due to the car next to mine was sitting there running with a squeaky belt. But my bacon cheese burgers were very disappointing. Maybe one piece of bacon torn in two.

Took the longest time to bring me the drink I ordered and took forever to bring me my card back like this is crazy

I don't have great expectations of any sonic anymore but this place is extra terrible. Their parking lot has multiple craters and even though we ordered ahead on the app it took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get three drinks. They have one poor girl running all the orders. If you can't staff, you need to close.

They charge for Marinara when ordering mozzarella sticks. You don’t even get the first one free. You have to ask for it then they inform you they now charge for it. I feel like when drinks are wrong, slushies are watery, and food is overcooked at least they could give you a marinara with your mozzarella sticks. But they give you free ketchup in place of it???? Sad because Westmoreland is very limited on places to eat.

Dunno about the food. They told me 15 minute wait minimum after I pushed the button and waited, got reset. And pushed the button again. Be great to eat here one day maybe.

This place is a joke. Shakes are never mixed. Only half the order is ever received. I mean they can’t even remember the marinara dipping sauce on a family size cheese stick. Call to make a complaint and get hung up on by some bratty little girl that says she’s the “manager”

You know this place used to be decent but it has went down hill after a hour wait I got my chicken sandwich and it was so over cooked i couldn't even eat it it was like a rock with a dot of mayo would not recommend also these new fries are horrible they are always over cooked and hard

Waited 30 mins for 2 DRINKS. When we finally got our drinks, they forgot the straws. The parking lot was full of pot holes and almost undriveable. Plus half the lights weren’t even on.

I have no idea why I have to watch all these advertisements about sonic blasts and somehow on three separate occasions, weeks in between, this one store cannot find the resources to actually serve the dang things. I am getting the impression it’s not the machine that’s the problem. I love sonic, but now my husband won’t go to any of them because he can never get what he wants on the menu at this store.

The parking lot needs MAJOR repair, there is a major pothole in the parking lot as you pull in that could cause damage to your car or tires.

The manager and workers are rude I'm calling corporate as I type they didn't give me my food didn't get a refund and when I call about this the manager Chris yells at me and tells me I shouldn't be upset with the store no apology nothing but telling me I'm wrong are you joking!?!!! This is not only the worst sonic aside from the food always being disgusting this is the worst manager I have ever delt with in my life he was more disgusting than the food and rude employees. Look at the reviews on this place they speak for themselves do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I will be doing everything possible to make sure this situation does not happen to another customer believe that!
