I really wish the sandwich maker would pay attention to the notes on an order. We quit coming to this one and will drive to Lafayette before coming back.. I hate driving that far but I also would like my sandwiches to be made correctly and every single time I give you guys a try you continue to make it wrong when we order through the app.

I went in today to get what I always get a wrap because I didn’t want bread but when I walked in a alittle red head girl started off so rude didn’t explain anything we asked her gave dirty looks and just plain out rude gave me pita bread instead of a wrap. Another worker said flatbread, knowing it wasn’t a wrap would not go if she was there again.
Kid-friendliness: Wouldnt not bring kids here other workers were nice she was just rude and make me feel uncomfortable would definitely make kids feel unwelcomed

Horrible management practices. All the tables were filthy, not busy as we were the only ones in line. While we wiped a table down the teenage employees were just talking. Management needs to set standards and explain if not customers wipe tables down.

Veggies were all pretty terrible and old looking, no egg available here to go on the breakfast sandwiches.
I am regular at this location. The ladies who make the subs and outstanding and very friendly. I normally eat there about 2-3 times a week. Always prompt and friendly service. A very clean place to add. Will always come back and enjoy a great sub for lunch.

Dietary restrictions: They have many labels/large stickers/posted to make it very easy to see what ingredients are in everything. That way, if someone does have dietary restrictions or known allergies, everything you would need to know about it is clearly posted to keep customers safe, satisfied and happy.

The red head girl that works there I extremely rude. She had a rude comment about how they don't have that when I asked for sliced avocado. She also dropped a receipt in one of the meat containers and nust kept serving out of it... gross. I hate to say this but this subway needs better employees. Ones that smile would be nice.
