This tb has progressively gotten worse over the past year. Went in tonight (12/18) forgot my whole meal, plus cinnamon twists & and order of fries. Went into to get them & there were multiple people waiting to get food they forgot to put in orders. Someone in front of me made it all the way home (about 20 mins away) realized half their order was missing, came back to the store & was handed that bag of food that had been sitting there since they forgot to give her her full order. Taco meat tasted atrocious! Asked for not lettuce on 5 of the tacos & everyone of them came with lettuce. Got some sort of taco out for my husband & it had so many tomatoes the juice was leaking through the wrapper. Won't be going back ๐คข

Always love taco bell but prices are higher than they need to be. You pay higher if you wanna eat here. It was pretty high when I had to pay $18 for 4 dang taco's
This is by far the worst TB I have ever been to, and Iโve been to many TB all over the US. The workers there are careless and donโt care about how they make your food. It shouldnโt take 3 times to get a simple order right (still never got it right) the guy working drive thru claimed he was the manager but didnโt seem to care about making the situation any better. Sad we are limited on food places and the ones we do have, you have a bad experience with.

Fella at the window had a great and funny personality. But they always ALWAYS forget a taco or two. Lol. Not sweating it but that one to two taco means a lot when you are starving ๐คฃ
Theu got my order right, for the most part. I didn't get the chips and cheese that came with my combo, and they forgot napkins. But what I did get was really good.

We just moved to Westmoreland and have eaten at Taco Bell 4 times. I love Taco Bell. It is the only fast food that I actually like. I have eaten it all over the country and in Iraq. Unfortunately, most Taco Bells struggle at times with order accuracy and quality. Not the Westmoreland Taco Bell, though. They have been awesome every trip, whether it be for breakfast or lunch. The staff is always super courteous and the place is very clean and neat. We have 2 kids and they can be picky sometimes with adjustments to menu items, but our order has always been perfect. Truly a wonderful Taco Bell.
