Very lacking in customer service and food quality. The last 3 trips in a row thud Taco Bell got my order wrong every time. I asked for no sour cream on all orders and they our it on every item each trip. It was noted on my order and receipt but yet they get it wrong every dingle time. The are very unfriendly and have terrible communication skills with customers..

I Had a $7.00 bundle and my wife had a chicken chalupa and hard beef taco. Everything was fresh and as ordered. Great staff and easy in and out of the parking lot. We will be back !!

Do not eat here. I just got one of my kids 2 of the new franks chicken tacos and the chicken was black. The worst part is, I canโt tell if itโs just burnt or old moldy chicken!

They get my order wrong half the time. Last night, my order got sent to the wrong store. There were others in the store that the same thing happened to. I got no help or sympathy. Since it was from the app, noone could help or give a refund. They don't support the app. I tried to use the app to contact support, and it would crash everything. I was out $40 and had no food. I can't believe customers can be treated this way I will never go back to any taco bell again.

Got a crunchwrap supreme and it was flat as a pancake. There were almost no toppings inside and it was toasted to the point that it was a hard cracker like thing. Cheesy potatoes were almost black. Cheesy bean and rice burrito wasn't much better. Please do better, people.
I have not been over in this part of Tennessee in quite some time I did not have had a Taco Bell here so this was a pleasant surprise on my drive and I stopped through the drive-through. Got a Baja blast zero the staff seem super friendly and it was super quick and then I was on my way

This tb has progressively gotten worse over the past year. Went in tonight (12/18) forgot my whole meal, plus cinnamon twists & and order of fries. Went into to get them & there were multiple people waiting to get food they forgot to put in orders. Someone in front of me made it all the way home (about 20 mins away) realized half their order was missing, came back to the store & was handed that bag of food that had been sitting there since they forgot to give her her full order. Taco meat tasted atrocious! Asked for not lettuce on 5 of the tacos & everyone of them came with lettuce. Got some sort of taco out for my husband & it had so many tomatoes the juice was leaking through the wrapper. Won't be going back ๐คข
