Their blizzard machine was broken, what else are you supposed to get here!! It also took 10-15 minutes for our food to come out….. this is fast food🤦🏼‍♂️

Went there 4-19-25 to get ice cream just to get told that they only have pretzels and soft drinks what kind of joke it that!

Staff is always friendly, location is clean. Best quick-serve restaurant in the Bluff.

Went there on 9/24/24 to pick up my order. Part of my order was coffee. Employee was rude and said that they "don't serve coffee 24/7". I asked a refund for the coffee and they refused to provide it. They said that they will reach out to the corporate and I will get reimbursed for this charge directly from the corporate. It's been almost 2 weeks and still no refund. I will be doing a chargeback (glad I paid with credit card).

I got the breakfast platter. The food was hot and fresh. Quick friendly service by Brandy. Great tasting meal and a great value. Restaurant was very comfortable and clean.

Every time we go here they are always rude! It never fails. I order two chocolate milkshakes and it wasn’t even chocolate it was just cream. No flavor whatsoever. We will not be back.

We’ve been here twice in the last month but won’t be coming back. I had to tell the cashier how much change to give me back.This time we ask for double dipped cones and paid for double dipped but they were not double dipped. For 2 small cones it was almost 9.00. That’s insane if you ask me!There are no napkins at the tables and no trash cans outside. We have it another try but we will not be back to this location.

We ordered a strawberry milkshake and a banana split. The strawberry milkshake was vanilla white with a few chopped strawberries in it. It didn’t taste like strawberry at all. The banana split was all melted and runny. We ended up throwing them both away. I’ve tried this location a couple times and usually leave disappointed.
