I went to this place on 11/20/24 and had a terrible food poisoning after eating there. Puking and diarrhea for 2 days straight. This place is serving spoiled food, beware! I will have to figure out how to reach out to a health inspector to make sure that they don't poison even more people.

Stop firing good help. The employees that get hired aren't trained and can't miss a day or their fired. The service is terrible, can't get simple orders correct, and no working phone to even talk to the manager for any reason. I'll take my business to any other restaurant than this one!

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here I get old food…I ordered $40 worth of food tonight and it was just a waste of money….tried to call to see if I could have the order replaced and received busy tone over and over. My chicken nuggets were shriveled up and hard my French fries were so old and so resalted that they tasted like I was pouring salt in my mouth and to hard to chew…mcchickens were cold. Out of all of it the only thing we were able to enjoy was our fountain drinks….i just don’t get it. I have now wasted about 100 dollars at this McDonald’s in total and can’t even get a hold of anyone to let them know the issue. I’m done with McDonalds at this point.

Food isn’t that great and the customer service is even worse. My mom went today and not only did they get her order wrong THREE times the MANAGER decided to get an attitude with her. Sorry excuse for management especially when it was their fault the order was wrong not hers! If you like decent customer service when you take your family to eat I highly recommend the Dairy Queen right down the road over this dump 😊

Seems to be out of things quite often or doesn’t have the staff to make them.

Regularly put smoothies and frappes, I would say 9/10 times they are out of items.

They do have food that is in stock most of the time .

The staff here are friendly and always willing to help .

I just went through the drive-through at the McDonald’s in White Bluff, Tennessee. I asked the employee over the speaker if I could get a big Mac number one combo and can they just leave out the middle part of the bun they said no we can’t do that. I just said all you’re doing is removing the piece of the bun and not putting it on there at all, we can’t do that food cost to waste. I told them I used to run and manage restaurants for 21 years and that middle piece of the bun is not going to affect your food cost because when I purchased the combo I’m paying for that bun. All I asked was just for them to remove the middle piece of the bun , and they said they couldn’t do it. I asked if that was a manager on the headset he said no so obviously there was no managers wearing a headset to acknowledge the conversation over the headpiece. Otherwise, if you were truly running your restaurant correctly, you would’ve heard that conversation and you should’ve stepped in and handled this conversation so the customer could get , what they wanted to order which is a simple request. So it sounds like management is not involved in handling customer service request because they were not listening. And this was at 2 o’clock in the afternoon on a Saturday. Someone might need to investigate what’s going on at the store if you can’t handle a simple little request like that.

This morning I sat in the drive through lane for 30 minutes and didn't see a single customer served. I placed a mobile order and already paid so I have to keep waiting. I also think that it's very unprofessional to allow the associate working the window to paint his face everyday.

I ordered the 5$ meal. Comes with a McDouble, nuggets and fries. Didn’t get but a single and no fries. Didn’t think I needed to check!!!!

Isn’t the best but isn’t the worst McDonald’s establishment I’ve been too. They are usually out of most drinks I’ve noticed, can’t even remember the last time I’ve got a smoothie from there. A few times I wasn’t able to get any soft drink or iced coffee as well. Service is definitely better during lunch-dinner hours than breakfast hours.
