We love the cheese bread and pizzas. There seemed to be some discord with the staff but I can't complain about the food at all.

Every time I go it gets worse !!! I have been eating there since the place opened and it used to be awesome !!! They get the order wrong every time now and the food is simply put nasty and disgusting, I gave the rest to my dog !!! It gave me a belly ache and tasted old ! I hate to put a bad review, but I hate for anyone to waste their money on the sub sandwich’s they have anymore !!!! After it took them an hour to finally make it right !!!!

Ordered pizza at pick up. Only accepting cash as their POS went down. Was not an issue as they told us on the phone when we called it in. The dining room was closed. Not sure if it was because of the register issue or if it was a staffing problem. The girl at the window was extremely friendly. The pizza was fantastic it was our first time going. We will be back.

Best pizza I’ve ever eaten! Grew up in White Bluff and loved when my family said we was having pizza from Paul’s. Pizza. Plus the video store was right beside it so 2 for 1. That was late 90’s maybe 2000. It’s been awhile. Can’t wait to get some when I come visit!

Yes I’m done with Paul’s pizza, After 15 yrs. Of ordering pizzas there I run into the consistency problem, I call them up to inquire about the issue. I asked for the manager, put on hold and what sounds like the same person comes back and says what’s the problem, I asked if she was the manager and she says yes, I asked her name and she says Chloe, as I try to explain the problem I hear laughter in the background, continuing to speak to her she also laughed, So I’m done dealing with Paul’s Pizza and their 16 year old managers that think customer service is a joke. There is another Pizza place just as close as Paul’s. Ultimately it falls back on the owner by hiring only teenagers to run his business.

Our food was not cooked all the way thru. It was raw dough underneath the toppings. Not sure if we will try again. Never had this happen before
Called in my order, picked it up, got home and my pizza was missing black olives. Not a big deal right? I called them back to get refunded because I paid extra for that topping. Girl answers the phone asks my name and what I ordered and says we can credit you or remake it. I said "I don't want to come back just credit me". She places me on hold while she talks to the manager. She can't find my order (just left 15 minutes prior). I repeat what I ordered and the price, she rudely corrects me on the cost, tells me they can only remake it and I have to come back. I ask for the manager because she already told me what she could do and refuses now and then she says well I am the manager. I asked for her name, she says "I'm not giving you my name". Needles to say, the customer service from this girl specifically was terrible. Was it only a couple bucks maybe... yah but this review is for the owner to see how their employees are treating their customers, I will no longer be getting my pizzas from anymore.
