We have been here several times and have been grateful for a local place to support. The service is extremely friendly and fast, the environment is casual and comfy, the beer prices are really great. Unfortunately, the BBQ isn't the best. It's usually a little cold which is fine if it tastes good but the last time we went it was the worst it's ever been. I never had brisket with gravy on top. Although I was a little hesitant at first to try this, im glad I did! It was excellent!
I smoke meat usually weekly and find it hard to find a restaurant that can compete with what can be made at home. Pig n pub is a rare exception to that. Whoever smokes the meat know what theyre doing!
