Coming in to change my review- had a disappointing visit (price wise- product is always great) a few weeks ago and visited again today- not sure if prices have changed, but my total was a bit more reasonable for my usual order today. The worker in there was by himself for a bit today to help out and I just have to say- customer service by him was amazing. I don’t even care about the price after seeing his work ethic. Got two sandwiches and three drinks for about $36. Not an exciting price- but the quality is def there so I don’t mind it. He was super personable and professional. I tried to leave an additional tip and he respectfully declined saying he didn’t need it. Name was Otis I believe. Give this man a raise- he’s awesome Will def be coming back. Drinks were yummy and properly made- even the milk alternative- and the food was fire as always. I see the effort the shop is putting in to better themselves.
Dietary restrictions: If ordering with alternative milk options be mindful to reeeeeally specify- and careful ordering it blended as I’ve been told they cannot accommodate due to a pre-mix they use instore. No biggie, but a noteworthy fact.

So excited to have Bad Ass Coffee here in White House, 1st of a few to come!! Coffee, Frapps and Lattes are amazing. Having the choice of coffee which you can get regular or 100 % Kona. Krystal is the manager and she is always smiling and greeting everyone. Say HI to her. The staff are amazing as well. Try some of the treats as well you wont be disappointed. Enjoy your sips!!

NEW OWNERS! Amazing!! extremely professional and excellent customer service. I happen to go in there yesterday and the two new owners happen to be there… Giovanna and Joelle.💖 They are bringing service to White House that we absolutely needed! The two gentlemen that were working the counter were top notch… Very knowledgeable and very helpful and both of them were multitasking while I was there taking care of customers more than one at a time! My husband Eddie wanted me to add it’s the best hot chocolate that he’s ever had in his life!

I've gone to this place a few times I've tried a latte I've also tried a medium drip coffee and also the Kona coffee the coffee is itself were really good the lattes were not. One of the times I placed a to-go order through the app it charge me I went to pick it up and they were closed that would be the reasoning in my four stars outside of that this place has been exceptional we'll go back some more to try out different things

This used to be my favorite coffee shop in White House. Ownership/management really needs to spend some time training the staff on how to make coffee. When it first opened, service and quality were great, unfortunately it has been downhill since. Today I ordered an Americano with extra cream, a simple thing. There was barely any cream, and it was so full that when I pulled away it immediately spilled blazing hot coffee all over my car. There are too many coffee choices in WH now to have bad service. The teens working there are always nice but they quality of drinks has been bad my last few trips. Starbucks is very consistent and will sadly probably be my choice from now on.

My first time at this location and Would like to say I like the place, maybe I will next time as The concept, and the freedom of purchase, but please don't run out of ingredients to make a simple sandwich. Coffee was on point but not hot enough. I will give you another try, possibly more stars, but a place with this price point should not have excuses for what they say they serve or run out of paper towels to dry you hands in the bathroom. 🤔💸

Time to train yeh staff how to properly prepare coffee drinks.
The simplest; brewed coffee (medium) was weak and diluted due to not enough coffee grinds for the brew.
My wife’s Island pumpkin latte (she paid to add a shot) was also weak and could not taste the espresso shot.
IF we return, we will allow time to drink our coffee drinks there, so, if they are weak or otherwise unpleasant again, we can ask that they be made right. Too much $$ for poorly marked coffee drinks

My wife loves the coffee and I was always get the ham and cheese sandwich with spicy mustard.

This place is never very busy. But for some reason, things take forever. The food has gone downhill. Breakfast sandwiches used to be amazing. Sometimes the sandwiches are cold, and sometimes they're just old sandwiches with old bread. The coffee is good, but the way they prepare it seems rushed. The atmosphere is great and very clean. Would just like to see more consistency and training. All the workers are very friendly. I'm not sure I'm going to come back anymore.

Stopped at Bad Ass (on 11/03/2024) in an effort to support local (vs Starbucks). When pulling up there was only one car in the driveway. Inside looked empty. Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait. Unfortunately at around minute 6, I grew impatient and pulled around to the front. The one car in the drive thru was gone and there were only two patrons inside. After a brief wait, my order was taken. Unfortunately, the first of three items in my order was “misplaced”. So I only rate the place a 2/5 for service. Was at the place for around 20 minutes for what should have otherwise been a quick order.
Food was good. Prices comparable or less than Starbucks.
Dietary restrictions: Have oat, almond, and coconut milk alternatives.
