The drive through attendant was super nice, they made my food fresh, and they even gave me a tiny cone of ice cream for my puppy! Burger King is my favorite fast food and they really did a great job ššš¼ fresh hot fries and a juicy burger. Can't beat it, especially with such friendly service.

Absolutely terrible. Fast food has been perfected for a century yet here we are waiting 25 minutes in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. Hardly any other cars here and they can't get this right? I'll never go to this place again, my time is worth more than this.

Consistently the worst BK Iāve ever been to. Can be absolutely dead and still takes 10+ min to get a simple order out (in this case, 1 regular double cheeseburger and some cold chicken fries). They love to have you pull forward from the window to skew their numbers. so their corporate offices donāt see just how abysmal their performance really is. And despite the long wait, the food is still lukewarm at best.
Thereās a reason this place is always dead, and thereās a line around the building at the McDonaldās next door. And the McDonaldās will still get you your food faster, and hotter.

Prices on board at drive thru are inaccurate the 4.99 double cheeseburger meal that's posted on the board costs 10 dollars and change asked about got brushed off never go there again

Don't even try to use your app for discounts or points. They will always tell you that the code is invalid even though I have it pulled up on my phone. But thats not the employees fault. They still did there best to make things right and my food was fresh.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. I only use the drive thru, so maybe going inside is better. They always tell you to pull up into a parking space and then you wait for 10 min and when you get your food it is all cold. Most of the time they are out of something and don't even tell you. Customer service is appalling. The last time I was here 5 employees were smoking, standing right next to the drive thru window. I will not be returning to this location. I have given them many tries and chances to improve, and it just gets worse every visit. The location I am referring to is 125 Wilkinson Ln, White House, TN 37188
