Good food, clean lobby and bathroom, the manager has really picked this place up. I will be eating here again

Hash browns so overdone!! Hard as a rock. COLD coffee. Even in the microwave 30 seconds only Luke warm. Very disaapointed

I went into the lobby today 5december2024 and one of the employees a young man with long hair seemed to be high, watched him make two whoppers for drive thru that were supposed to be no onions he made with onions then when he made my chicken sandwich he didn’t put any lettuce on it and put tarter sauce instead of mayo. This is unacceptable. Also tried to buy a gift card and was told they do not sell gift cards in the restaurant.

I placed my order in the drive-through. I was told it would be out shortly and to just park in front of the store and I would receive it. I then watched as four other customers all separately got their orders took almost 20 minutes, but they got them. I then had to wait another five minutes before having to finally enter the store to ask about my order and when asked about my order, they never knew about it or forgotten about it. I was then informed by the manager that they had put a hold on the orders due to their baker being down Now I’m already running late for having to go to work so I had to leave without even getting a refund due to the time it would take and I’m already running late to work so now I’m hungry and paid $20 for nothing if I go back to the store, it is going to be with receipt in hand and demand that I get this order, made free of charge as I have already paid.

After over 20 mins of waiting my food hadn't even started to be cooked. Employess have bad attitude, including store manager who rudely told me "we arent just standing here doing nothing" when in fact 7 employees were standing there doing nothing. Which was easy to tell because they said they hadnt even started cooking it yet. There is alot more issues than what i just wrote but wont bother writing it up.
I can't get a refund in store cause the order was placed on the app and the store already marked the order as complete. You cannot speak to a human on the app or on the phone. Have to wait 1-2 days for someone to get back to me via email.
I worked in foodservice for 15 years amd this was some of the worst service I have ever seen. The whole store should be fired and start over after an extensive training period. I will never go back to this location and I will make sure that I share this experience with everyone.

They have no clue what they are doing and more then once I’ve left without all the food I paid for
Let me just start off with I NEVER leave a review on anything but this time I decided to leave one. First off we did a mobile order, we pull up to the speaker and they were rude on the speaker box. They took forever getting the small line down and by line I mean the two cars in front of us. We finally get to the window after waiting 20 minutes to even get to it. They didn’t have our order ready yet and when we finally got our stuff we pulled off and half way down the road I took a drink of what was suppose to be Dr Pepper and it was sweet tea not Dr Pepper. I don’t know how anyone can mess that up but ok, on top of that my fiance got a double cheeseburger that didn’t have cheese on it and was a single patty not a double. I am beyond disappointed and hope this is a good warning for whoever decides on even thinking about eating at this location.

Worst Burger King burger I ever had. Stopped at 2:00 and they must have given us the leftover burgers from the lunch crowd. Cold and dry, not enough toppings and they were out of picked and onion rings! Can’t find it from the road and the signs on I65 did not show it. Independent owner I hope
