Don't even try to use your app for discounts or points. They will always tell you that the code is invalid even though I have it pulled up on my phone. But thats not the employees fault. They still did there best to make things right and my food was fresh.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. I only use the drive thru, so maybe going inside is better. They always tell you to pull up into a parking space and then you wait for 10 min and when you get your food it is all cold. Most of the time they are out of something and don't even tell you. Customer service is appalling. The last time I was here 5 employees were smoking, standing right next to the drive thru window. I will not be returning to this location. I have given them many tries and chances to improve, and it just gets worse every visit. The location I am referring to is 125 Wilkinson Ln, White House, TN 37188

April runs a tight ship as the manager that was on duty during our visit! Food was fast and accurate, and SHE was the one scrubbing the dining area floors while giving constructive instructions to her team! We were impressed!

Fallout

Literally every time ive been here ive had to pull forward and wait even if there is noone else in line in front of or behind and what appears to be an empty parking lot. Luckily the food is on par with every other BK so no complaints there.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 combo meals I can say the lady at the speaker was very kind my food was given to me in a timely manner and my food was delicious and fresh. I definitely give this burger king 5 stars!!! I will be back .
