I always eat here at least once a week there is always a technical issue wrong side or fish or wrong plate well today I again received wrong side for my order and no vinagar or tartar for my plate so i called the manager acted as if it was my fault and told me I wasn’t getting a refund so I told him I was on my way and hung up as he didn’t carry himself to be responsible for them kids in there or care about my money I spent on my food. Now I’m 15 miles into my trip for dinner again and have my refund as his attitude changed in person the guy needs to know to when u have kids and or training or not how to talk on the phone because I understand mistakes happen but if u have that collar shirt or button up on and ur the manager and you want to talk crazy the right person will call ur bluff. I however am the right person I didn’t get out of character because I understand mistakes happen and there’s kids in this store the guy shouldn’t be taking calls or even a manager if he isn’t going to present himself as such. Now had it been all adults in there and he tried that wen I got there I wouldn’t stepped out of my own character after the way he was on the phone.If you have a kid that works at this store make sure they are keeping the manager in check as he is responsible for them. People are crazy especially over there money even more so over there food and time the so don’t act crazy on the phone with folks not everybody wants a free meal . 10 miles there ten back and I got subway but wanted captain Ds (ThankYou Come Again)

Only 1 star because I can’t give zero. I ordered fish and got chicken in the drive thru. I called store and he told me it was fish . I drove back to show him and he stills says it was fish . I kept a half of a piece and will send it to the corporate office . Everybody makes mistakes. It is how you handle it that counts . No refund No replacement meal . I don’t know if we had a communication issues . He does not speak much English . He was rude , unprofessional and just plain ignorant. If you manage a store and don’t know difference between fish and chicken you have a problem or it is a bait and switch to cut corners on a failing business.

I told the girl that we get a military discount. After paying she handed us our food. I checked the ticket and no discount. I said I didn't get the discount and she said it's done at the register. I said we always get it when I order she kept saying, NO it's a the register. Well she didn't offer to change it. I told her to be aware bc it is Memorial Day weekend. It's not much but it is the principal.
