Love the food here, the manager/owner really pays attention to the quality & flavor of the food served. Though it's a self service joint they serve food on your table, prices are affordable too. Overall it's a good place to have a quick meal.

Horrible experience!!I paid 40 bucks for extra sides and then was made to take food i didn't order!!!I called 9 times to be told by the female manager she's not gonna talk to me and hung up!I am a night nurse and she was beyond disrespectful and rude. I placed my order 30 minutes before close to be told its not their problem they're closed! BUT THEY HAD THE TIME TO TAKE MY 40 BUCKS!

Awesome service- the staff at this Captain Ds went above and beyond for our large order first thing at opening time to help feed the residents of a facility left with no power after the tornadoes tore through Hendersonville. Thank you Joyce and staff for helping us today and for your generosity to a neighboring community in need!

Grubhub.? So it was an hour late. Cold, didn’t have the condiments I asked for. Actually none. The potato had no sour cream or butter I asked for. Funny thing is that I called the restaurant and asked them to please make sure my order was right and it wasn’t. Dry potato, no tartar sauce, no vinegar, no cocktail sauce. Paid over 60.00 and it was just terrible. Lady on phone told me they would make new if driver was late getting to the store. Terrible

We was in White House, Captain D’s it was very clean & the young lady that took our order brought out our food order. Very kind… the food was good. Enjoyed stopping in we was passing through going to Springfield.Kid-friendliness: I had my grandson & he is a picky eater… but he cleaned his plate so it was good.He had chicken & fries & a kids drink.

It had been a long time since I've eaten at Captain D's. Based on my latest experience, it'll be even longer before I go back!The service was really good -- nice workers, quickly served food -- but the taste of the food left me disappointed. Makes me wonder how long the shrimp had been in the freezer?! Leaving the establishment was an experience, too. The floor seemed oily or greasy, as I was able to slide across it.With a number of other places to eat in White House, I've probably seen the last of Captain D's. It's too bad for them because I love me some seafood!
