The cracker barrel in Nashville was okay. They were super late to serve our food but apologized and give us a discount and I think that’s move was good. The one in Madison also served food late. Apologized but no discount lol The one in Whitehouse is by far our favorite. So far, the food came on time and all the staffs in 3 branches were all nice.

Not a lot of people there, the server didn't smile once, and was slow, the food was good the steak was under cooked but edible. Could have been better but could have been worse.

I came in this morning and the place was disgusting. Food all over the floor spilled drinks in the gift shop. I asked to speak to manager and they just continued to stand around and do nothing. I waited an hour and a half to speak to a manager and they were no help at all so rude and very disrespectful.
