Food is most of the time always great. Coffee is a 50/50 percent chance of being good. And it's safer to get something on the menu than it is to order your own latte. Most of the time if it isn't good I don't go back in to get it remade but I did this time. I was nice, I hate having to go back and say I didn't like something but I wasn't going to drink it... When you have a employee with purple hair that the customer will see first once they come into the building. That employee with purple hair should be the employee that smiles the most. While they are fast in getting food to you, my order is consistently wrong. I order through the app going through the drive through and 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. I will say that it’s off my just enough to be annoying. Add ons are usually missing and the sandwich will usually have the wrong meat. Once the dairy in the coffee was spoiled, but that only happened once. These things can easily be fixed. It’s just a build up of many things being off that lead to annoyances...
