I have had Great service from this location until January 1st. The lady that took my order on the phone made it wrong and seeing how I had a 10 minute drive to the restaurant and 10 minutes back home my hot sub was now Cold! The 2 guys were talking to another lady that by my guess she messed up and was undercharged. They were just forget about it as the lady walked away as I stood waiting to be served by the register. Then the one guy turned his attention towards me and I told him the issue. He asked if I wanted a cookie instead of someone remaking my sandwich. I was finally offered a refund as I was walking out the door. I said no I don’t have time as I had to get back home. They messed up everything and I will never order on the phone or online ever again. If that lady is working I will go right back out for she was just hiding from the problems she created.
